The exam will be conducted at a decided-upon venue that the candidates have selected as the exam centre during the application form's filling up. For candidates to meet the UPES admission formalities involved in the admission process, keeping track of all the important dates is necessary. UPESEAT 2025 Important dates have been mentioned below in detail.

To proceed with the application form and admission, candidates must fulfill the UPESEAT 2025 eligibility criteria. To satisfy the College Board, applicants need to meet basic eligibility criteria like education qualification, age limit, nationality, percentage, etc. To apply for any stream under B.Tech., the basic eligibility would remain the same.

• Age limit: Aspirants must be minimum of 17 years of age to be eligible to apply for the course.
• Qualification: After completing intermediate, 10+2, or equivalent examination, cleared candidates will be eligible.
• Subject & Aggregate: In the 12^th grade, candidates must be from science stream physics, chemistry, and mathematics with a minimum of 50% and above.
• For admission through JEE Main Merit: Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2, and a valid score in JEE Main is required. Based on this, the candidate shall take admissions. While there is no need to appear for UPESEAT,.
• For admission through Board Merit: Minimum of 80% aggregate is required at the higher and secondary level from PCM discipline to take admissions through merit.

Usually, in September every year, UPESEAT 2025 application forms will be released online by visiting the official site of UPES candidates, who, who shall fill-up the form. Also, application forms are available in the offline mode in a few admission centers like Ahmedabad, Delhi, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Cochin, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, and Mumbai. Only after successfully submitting the application form will candidates get the admit card.

Steps to fill the UPESEAT 2025 Application Form:

Step 1: UPESEAT Registration

• Visit the official site of UPESEAT to fill out the form.
• In the top right corner of the page, click "apply now."
• Enter the candidate's details, such as name, DOB, email ID, Ph. No., nationality, state, city, and program.
• To proceed further, enter the OTP received

Step 2: Filling up Academic Details

Enter class 10 years of passing and marks/percentage or CGPA obtained. Also, provide 12th-grade required details.

Step 3: UPESEAT 2025 application fee payment

In the online mode, candidates need to pay the application fee and be paid via credit/debit/net banking/payor Paytm.

• For Foreign Residents: USD 75

Step 4: Final Submission

Finish the form by filling in the remaining details, make a final review of the form, agree on the declaration and submit the form. Take a printout of the form and fee receipt for future reference.

UPESEAT 2025 Syllabus

After completing the application, candidates need to make UPESEAT 2025 slot booking to get an UPESEAT 2025 admit card. Only after booking the exam slot will candidates download the admit card. The slot booking should be made two months before the exam.

• Candidates need to book their desired slot and opt for the exam center city to take the exam according to their preference.
• By logging in with the candidates' email ID and password at the applicants' login page, they can access the slot booking window and UPESEAT admit card.
• Candidates' UPESEAT admit cards can be downloaded from the official website of UPES. It is also mandatory for candidates to carry the admit card to the examination hall.

 How to download UPESEAT 2025 Admit Card:

Step 1: Go to the UPES University site.

Step 2: Click on the link UPESEAT

Step 3: Provide UPESEAT application number and date of birth

Step 4: UPESEAT admit card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Download UPESEAT admit card and keep a printout for future reference.

UPESEAT 2025 results will be declared on the official site. Candidates who appeared for the exam by using their credentials shall download their scorecards. Considering the results, candidates will be shortlisted and further be called for UPESEAT counseling and based on the marks obtained in the exam, allotment of seats will be done.

How to check UPESEAT 2025 Results

Step 1: Visit the official site of UPES.

Step 2: Click on the UPESEAT results link.

Step 3: By entering the details, like application number and roll number, click on submit.

Step 4: UPESEAT results will appear on the screen

Step 5: Print the scorecard and safeguard it for further reference

UPES admission intake of students will be like 80% of seats based on UPESEAT score, and the rest 20% seats will be given based on board merit and JEE Main score for each discipline available under Engineering.

The UPESEAT 2025 counseling process will be offline mode and held in Dehradun only. Candidates first need to register on the UPES website to be centralized counseling. Seats shall be allotted and provided UPES admissions according to the rank obtained and overall performance. Only after the results are announced will candidates be shortlisted considering their rank on further process counseling will be conducted.

UPESEAT Counseling Process:

Registration: Candidates must register on the official portal to participate in the UPESEAT counseling process.

Venue Allocation: Post-registration candidates will be invited for UPESEAT counseling at a specific venue and must report at the allotted date and time.

Document Verification: Candidates need to get their original documents during UPESEAT counseling for verification.

Choice Filling: Based on the rank obtained in the exam, candidates shall be allowed to choose the course of their choice.

Seat Allocation: Based on different criteria, like the candidate's rank, course choice, and seat availability, candidates will be allotted seats.

While filling out the application form, candidates must select one exam centre according to their preference without choosing the UPESEAT 2025 exam centres. The exam center's venue and other details will be mentioned on the UPESEAT admit card.

While selecting the UPESEAT exam center, you must be careful because it cannot be changed once approx once chosen. There are 100 UPESEAT exam centers across India.
