PESSAT 2025 Counselling & Admission

PESSAT 2025 counseling is happening in two phases, managed by PES University offline. The official dates for this counseling are out, and the 1st round is scheduled for May 25th and 26th, 2025. The PES University merit list 2025  is based on entrance test scores, and those on the list can register for PES University 2025 Counselling if they meet the PESSAT 2025 Cutoff requirements.

Keep in mind that this counseling is only for Bangalore Centers. Qualified candidates need to be there in person on the specified PESSAT 2025 Counselling Dates. After registering, students fill out a course selection form during the two counseling rounds.

Seat allocation depends on ranks, seat availability, and preferences. Counseling call letters with important details will be sent to registered email addresses. PESSAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria for Counseling

To be eligible for PESSAT counseling in 2025, students need to meet a few requirements, and here's a simple list of them:

• Score Upload: Students should upload their 10+2 / 2nd PUC Scores or equivalent marks once the results are announced. That is in addition to passing the PESSAT 2025 exam.
• Academic Requirement: Students must achieve a minimum of 60% overall in PCM in class 12th or an equivalent test.
• Documentation: Participation in counseling is contingent on presenting the relevant documentation to the center. Without it, students won't be allowed to participate.
• Counseling Centers: PESSAT Counseling Centers 2025 are only in Bangalore. Aspirants are required to report to the counseling centers on the specified date and time.

For cases where students cannot attend counseling in person due to unavoidable reasons, their parents or guardians can submit the necessary documents on their behalf. Along with an allotment letter, they must provide an authorization letter and Photo ID evidence for both the student and the representative.

PESSAT 2025 Counselling Procedure for B Tech

• Following the PES University 2025 Results announcements, PES University will shortlist the students through the PESSAT 2025 Merit List. Students whose names emerge on the merit list will be able to take part in counseling.
• PESSAT Counselling will be conducted in three phases: the first round of document submission, and the last phase is 2nd round of PESSAT Counselling.
• Students whose names are called in the first round counseling list and who have obtained the exam cutoff score must fill out the PESSAT 2025 Counselling application form. That will be a kind of registration as well; students need to fill in their choice of course/campus in order of preference.
• After filling out the form, students need to proceed with the next document verification round.
• After the document verification round, seats will be allotted to the students based on their choices, merit rank, and seat availability.
• If a student fails to attend the verification process, the seat will be offered to the next eligible student.
• For the counseling or interview phase, it is advised that you bring both original and photocopied documents.

PESSAT 2025 Counselling for KCET or COMEDK Students - Round 2

• Students who have appeared for KCET or COMEDK and are willing to be admitted to PES University must appear for PESSAT 2025 Counseling Round 2.
• They must fill out the counseling registration form with their qualifying exam results.
• Students who have appeared for both tests must submit both scores. Out of two, the best scores will be considered.

PESSAT 2025 Counseling: Important Points

• All students must personally attend the counseling session at the designated venue and timings in Bangalore.
• In the event of unavoidable circumstances preventing a student from attending the counseling, they may download and submit an authorized letter.
• During the PESSAT 2025 counseling procedure, a parent or guardian with an approved authorization letter can represent the student. The authorization letter requires prior approval to be considered valid.
• Students unable to attend the PES counseling process on the specified date can participate on the next date.

PESSAT 2025 Seat Allotment

The allocation of seats is an essential feature of the PESSAT Selection Criteria. Seats will be assigned depending on the student's selections from the option entry area, the availability of seats, and the rank achieved in the PESSAT 2025. After completing the PESSAT 2025 seat allotment, students must follow several options for accepting the seat allotted to them.

• Option 1: Students who are pleased with their assigned seat must select Option 1 and proceed to present the demand draft & original documents in person to the University's admissions council.
• Option 2: Students who are happy with their seats but cannot present authentic documentation must pick Option 2. Attested copies of papers can be produced within the time frame specified with the demand draft. However, admission will be revoked if originals are not produced before classes start.
• Option 3: If the student declines the given seat, this option must be selected.
• Option 4: If students wish to give up their seats & engage in the second round of Counselling.

Once the PESSAT 2025 results are announced, PES University will publish the PESSAT cutoff 2025. Students who want to apply for B Tech admission to PES University must meet the Cutoff Criteria as prescribed by the admission authority. Students who satisfy the PESSAT 2025 Minimum Cut off percentile are eligible to participate in counseling. The cutoff is different for each B Tech Branch in PES.
