The Odisha Joint Entrance Exam Board started the OJEE 2025 registration process on 25 January 2025. The link for the OJEE 2025 application form is now active online. You can fill out the OJEE Exam form 2025 until March 15.
The OJEE 2025 application form correction window will be open from 16 March to 17 March 2025. During this time, students can use the OJEE 2025 application form correction facility to make changes and correct errors in their application forms. Important activities like submitting application form data, uploading required images, and making the necessary payment can be easily done during the form correction period. Students must remember that the changes made during the form correction period will be considered final. No further changes will be allowed in the OJEE 2025 application form. Applicants are also advised to follow the steps for adding information, uploading images, and making the payment of the application fee. Only students with correctly filled and accepted application forms will receive the OJEE admit card 2025.

Students can follow these steps to fill out the OJEE 2025 application form online.
- Visit the OJEE's official website.
- Click on the OJEE 2025 Registeration Link.
- A new page with the different Application Form will open.
- Click on the course link for which you want to give the OJEE 2025.
- A new page with the New Candidate Registration will open where you need to click on the Apply section.
- This action will lead you to a new page, where you will have to tick the asked box after the instructions and click on the 'Proceed' tab.
- This click will open the Registration Form that you will have to fill out with the required credentials.
- Once all the details are entered and cross-checked, you should click on the 'Submit' button.
- This will complete the registration process, after which the application form will be generated for you.
Steps To Fill Out the OJEE Application Form - Detailed
Follow the steps below to fill out the OJEE 2025 Application Form correctly. Candidates should check and follow these steps to complete the application process.
- Online registration
- Visit the official OJEE website.
- Click on 'Registration for OJEE 2025'.
- Students will be taken to the new registration page. Click on the 'Fresh Candidate Registration' button.
- Enter all the details such as name, date of birth, father's name, gender, contact details, password, etc.
- Enter the security code and click 'Submit.'
- Review the details you entered and click on 'Final Submit.'
- Fill the form
- In the second step, after successfully registering, students will receive an Application Number.
- Click on the 'Complete Application Form' button.
- Fill in all the necessary details and submit them. Review your information and click on 'Final Submit.
- Documents uploading
- In the third step, students must upload scanned images of their colored photos and full signatures in blue or black ink.
- The uploaded documents should be in JPEG/JPG format. Once the documents are uploaded, candidates need to pay the application fee. T
- The specifications for uploading the scanned images of the signature, photo, and thumb impression in the OJEE 2025 application form are as follows:
- Student's photo: File size should be between 10KB and 200KB, and dimensions should be 3.5cm X 4.5cm.
- Student's signatures: File size should be between 4KB to 30KB, and dimensions should be 3.5cm X 1.5cm
- Fee payment
- In the fourth step, students must pay the application fee and print the confirmation page.
- Students will need the application number received during registration for fee payment.
- The fee for the application for FORM A, B, C, D, F (Single) is Rs. 1000.
- The fee for the Application for FORM E is Rs.1500.
- Students should pay the application fee online using a credit card, internet banking, or debit card.
- Downloading the confirmation page
- After completing and submitting all the procedures in the correct format and steps, the system will generate a confirmation page.
- Students can then download the page and take a printout of it.
- This page serves as proof of completing the Application Process successfully.
- Students need to carry this confirmation page at other stages before and after the exam.
- The exam conducting authority allows students to re-download and re-print the page in case of any reported issue, as it is an important document for every successful applicant.
How To Retrieve OJEE Application Number and Password
If students forget their passwords, they can follow these steps.
- Visit the official website. Then click on the application form link.
- Click on the link "Forgot Password," and then students will be redirected to a new window.
- Enter the application number and an email address, and a link to change the password will be sent to the registered email address.
