NSIT 2025 Eligibility criteria
The candidate has to fulfill the below given eligibility criteria for NSIT 2025:
- Candidates must have passed 12th grade from CBSE, ICSE, or any equivalent board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.
- Candidates should have scored minimum 75% marks (for general candidate) in the PCM group.
- For reserved categories like SC and ST, a minimum 55% is required
- There is no minimum age requirement for UG courses.
NSIT 2025 Application Form & fees
- Candidates can get the NSIT UG Application Form 2025 online through the official JAC website.
- No other mode will be entertained for the application form.
- The application form will be available in the second week of June 2025. The counselling fee will be Rs. 1100 + bank charges.
- The fee payment can be made by credit/debit/internet banking through an online payment gateway or through the e-challan of SBI Bank.
- Except online, no other mode will be accepted for payment.
NSIT 2025 Syllabus & Exam Pattern
There is no separate exam for NSIT, as the selection is done through the JEE Main rank. Candidates will be eligible for admissions as per the marks they scored in the JEE Main Entrance Exam for Paper 1.
NSIT 2025 Counselling & Admission
The counseling process was conducted by JAC (Joint Admission Counseling), Delhi. Counseling will be done through an online process. Students who have paid the counseling-registration fee will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. Counseling will be organized in four rounds. The detailed counselling process is mentioned below:
Online Choice Filling & Locking:
- Candidates can fill out their choices of institution and branch via the online process through the official website of JAC.
- According to the eligibility of candidates, a list of available seats and branches will be displayed.
- Candidates are allowed to fill in as many choices as possible from the list of available choices.
- Candidates are not permitted to delete, change, or re-order the earlier choices.
