XLRI Jamshedpur will shortlist students for its PGDM BM and HRM courses through their performance in the XAT 2025 exam. The institute would create a shortlist by considering scores from XAT and the student's academic record. XAT 2025 Result was commenced on 17th January 2025. In addition, XLRI will soon announce the XAT 2025 Cutoff on their website.
XLRI Jamshedpur Shortlisting Process will begin by 1st week of February 2025. Interview offer letters will be sent to shortlisted candidates through email. Those with the call letter would be allowed to appear for the GD and PI rounds. This year, apart from a Personal Interview, the selection process also includes an Essay Writing task. This assessment will also evaluate the score of the General Knowledge (GK) section during the selection process.

XLRI Jamshedpur Admission Process 2025
XLRI PGDM admission process is in 6 stages. Check out the following steps:
Step 1: Application Process: The candidate can fill out the XLRI Jamshedpur application form 2025 from the official website. The application fee is INR 2200. Submit the XAT 2025 Score Card.
Stage 2: XLRI Jamshedpur Shortlisting Criteria 2025: The shortlisting is done based on XAT scores, academic background, and work experience to move the candidate to the next stage, which involves the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds, popularly referred to as the GDPI Rounds.
Stage 4: GD/PI Rounds: The shortlisted candidates are subject to GD and PI. The methods for the evaluation of this stage are personality, communication, and knowledge.
Stage 5: Final Selection: The selection depends upon a combined evaluation of factors such as XAT, GDPI scores, academic track, and work experience at this stage.
Stage 6: Offer Letter: Offer letters are issued to the selected candidates, mentioning all details about the program.
XLRI Jamshedpur XAT Cutoff 2025
The cutoff is the minimum percentile the candidates must obtain in the XAT exam for further rounds of admission at XLRI Jamshedpur. Cutoffs differ for PGDM Business Management and PGDM HRM courses and vary depending on gender and academic background, that is, Engineer/Non-Engineer. These cutoffs are used for shortlisting candidates to move forward to the following stages of the selection process Essay Writing, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.

XLRI Selection Procedure 2025
After shortlisting the candidates, Essay Writing and Personal Interview (PI) rounds are likely to be conducted between mid-February and March 2025. Shortlisted candidates will receive the details of their GD/PI rounds through email.
