XLRI announced the XAT 2022 Exam Schedule

XLRI has commenced the Exam Dates of XAT 2022. As per the schedule, XAT 2022 will take place on 2^nd January 2022. The XAT examination will be held annually by XLRI Jamshedpur. Aspirants willing to secure admission to the MBA or PGDM courses have to undertake XAT as the XAT score is acceptable by Prestigious B Schools all over India. To apply for XAT, students must satisfy the eligibility criteria defined by XLRI.

As per the XAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria, candidates who have completed a three-year UG degree from a recognized university can apply for XAT. There are no minimum aggregate marks applicable for XAT. And, Work experience is not mandatory for MBA. However, if students applying for PGDM, they must have relevant work experience. To be noted, internships and part-time jobs are not valid. NRI/Foreign Nationals can apply for XAT 2022 if they have a valid GMAT score. However, such students must register for GMAT before applying for XAT.

If postgraduate students are applying for XAT, they have to enter PG degree percentage instead of UG percentage while filling an application form. The major advantage for candidates is that they can attempt the XAT exam many times to advance their rank. Therefore, it can be said no limit for the number of attempts.

XAT Exam Pattern for 2022 remains the same as the 2021 Pattern. However, XLRI has introduced some changes in XAT 2021 Exam Pattern. As per the revised pattern, there will be four sections. The essay writing section has been excluded from the question paper. The mode of the exam is online. (Computer Based) 100 MCQ type of Questions, which can be solved in 3 hours. The sectional time limit doesn't applicable. XAT 2022 will be held in 72 cities all over India.

Thus, test takers must be aware of the changes implemented in the exam pattern. The exam preparation strategy must be planned as per the updated syllabus & pattern to avoid preparing for needless topics. XLRI has begun the XAT 2022 Application Process. The last date to fill the XAT application form is 30^th November 2021 without any late fees. While the final date to apply with late fees is yet to be announced. The mode of the form filling procedure is online. Thus, applicants have to visit the official website to apply online. (@ xatonline.in) Once the application procedure gets conclude, registered applicants can access the Admit Card of XAT 2022 from 20^th December 2021 online

How to apply for XAT 2022?

Applicants can check the following steps to know the XAT 2022 application procedure/registration

Step 1: Kindly visit the authorized website of XAT. (@ xatonline.in) Then, click on the register tab.

Step 2: First, you have to register by entering the details like Name, DOB, Email ID, Mobile Number to generate User ID & Password (Login Credentials)

Step 3: After registration gets complete, you will receive a User ID & Password. Note it down.

Step 4: Then, log in using the XAT credentials to access the XAT application form. 

Step 5: Fill in all the necessary details in the form. Such as personal details, academic details, work experience (if applicable), choose the exam city as per the preference and section of steam

( Candidates willing to secure admission seats, especially at XLRI, must select the stream and desired campus  (Business Management, HRM, Fellow Management Program). In case candidates are not specifically applying for admission at XLRI, they can skip this step )

Step 6: In the next phase, you have to upload all the scanned documents as prescribed by the authority.

Step 7: Next, pay the XAT 2022 application fees by using online payment methods. One should preview the details filled in the form before making payment.

Step 8: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation message or mail regarding the successful completion of the XAT registration
