WBJEE Schedule 2021

The WBJEE has announced that the examination will be speculatively on July 11th of 2021. WBJEE is a state authority that conducted the exam for getting admissions for UG programs in Engineering and Architecture, Technology, and Pharmacy in some private universities or even government colleges self-financed academic institutes of the state. The state-level examination for the engineering course starts soon, where the application has to be filled only online once the dates are confirmed. All the state students aspiring to take up WBJEE should keep track of the state education authority's information bulletin.

The basic eligibility of students required by WBJEE is nationality and age limit. All the applying students should be residents of Indians, and the minimum age for taking up this exam is 17 years, and the max-age is 25 years, beyond which they won’t be eligible to apply.

Students applying for engineering course must have certain qualifications like-

• Securing at least minimum passing marks in their board exams in all the core subjects is very important. The subject options must have Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as a default choice.
• All the general category students must have 45 percent, and for reserved category students, there is a relaxation of 5%, i.e., 40%
• They should have English subject as a medium of learning by scoring at least 30%
• All other courses will also have similar criteria, so that the students should check all the info on the exam's official website and then apply for it accordingly.

WBJEE 2021: How to Apply

1. The application forms are likely to be live from Feb 2021, and the students will have to track the same on the official webpage and register themselves.

2. Before registration, candidates will have to create their login credentials to be useful throughout the examination process.

3. Later, he/she should click on the application button and fill in the details asked in the application form; things like name, contact details, educational records, course to be selected, etc., will be asked.

4. Next, the page will be directed towards attaching the necessary document and certificates digitally and, lastly, paying the application fees online by Debit/credit cards or online net banking, or otherwise.

Once the exam is held and results are announced, the selected candidates will be followed by the counseling session to decide on the chosen interested college and try to get a seat allotted for the students based on scores secured in the entrance exam and document verification round.
