The registration process for WBJEE 2025 will commence in December 2024 after the release of official notification from the West Bengal JEE Exam Conducting Body on their official website of wbjeeb.nic.in.
The candidates falling under the certain criteria specified by the WBJEE Website shall be eligible to fill in the application forms after the release. WBJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria includes students who have completed their 10+2 or equivalent grade from a recognized board. The student shall be at least 17 years of age as of December 31, 2024.
WBJEE 2025, because of it being a state-level exam, requires the candidates to have a West Bengal State Domicile and Indian Citizenship. Any candidate of age more than 25 years of age shall not be allowed to register for specific branches of engineering in the undergraduate courses.
The process of filling in the WBJEE 2025 Registration form is specified below:
Step 1: The student shall log in to the official website of WBJEE 2025.
Step 2: The credentials, including the password and email ID, shall be entered and the student shall make sure to log in through the same credentials at any later stage.
Step 3: The registration form shall be entered with all the educational and personal details of the candidate applying for admission.
Step 4: Any documents required under the application form shall be scanned and uploaded within the specific size of the particular document as stated in the form.
Step 5: Three exam centre preferences for the offline exam must be filled in.
Step 6: The form shall be rechecked and reviewed.
Step 7: Submit the application form after paying the application fee of INR 500/- for general category students and INR 400/- for reserved category students.

WBJEE 2025 is conducted in an offline mode in an objective mode by filling out OMR Sheets. The exam is conducted through the regulation of two papers, i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2, wherein the first one is for the subject of Mathematics and the latter one is for the subject of Physics and Chemistry. The exam has both positive and negative marks, and the maximum mark one can score is 100.

The registration fee is the fee paid at the end of completing the filing of the application form, the deadline of which is in February 2025. Such a fee depends on the category the candidate belongs to. The students if claiming the waiver of the application fee based on their category, shall upload the category certificate in the application form appropriately after scanning the same.
WBJEE 2025 Registration fee for General Category Candidates is INR 500/- and any category candidates apart from general which is reserved i.e. SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwD shall pay an application fee of INR 400/-
