WBJEE 2024 Exam Date

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) is set to hold the WBJEE 2024 on April 28, 2024, facilitating admissions in engineering, technology, pharmacy, and architecture programs in various West Bengal universities and colleges. The official WBJEE 2024 Exam Date will be announced soon on the website wbjeeb.nic.in.

According to the WBJEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria, applicants should be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2024, with no upper age limit except for the Marine Engineering program, which sets the upper age limit at 25 years by December 31, 2024.

Candidates applying for WBJEE 2024 must have passed Class 12/HSC from a recognized board, with physics and chemistry and mathematics or biology, computer science, biotechnology, or computer application as compulsory subjects.

They should have scored a minimum of 45% in these three subjects. However, candidates from the SC, ST, OBC, and PwD categories will receive a 5% relaxation in the qualifying exam's aggregate marks. Students appearing for the Class 12 board exams can also apply for the WBJEE 2024.

According to the WBJEE 2024 Exam Pattern, There will be three divisions (Category 1, Category 2, and Category 3) and 155 questions in the WBJEE 2024. Two marks will be awarded to students for each right response. Each wrong response in Category 1 will result in a deduction of 25 points. Five points will be taken away from Category 2. Category 3 will not receive any negative grades.

WBJEE 2024 Application Application Form

• The WBJEE 2024 application form will be available online. There isn't an offline feature offered.
• Applicants must complete the application form with personal information, educational background, contact information, and other facts.
• Upload the required certificate, signature, and passport-sized scanned photo.
• The application form must be submitted by the third week of January 2024.
• The authority will give the applicants access to the correctional institution during the fourth week of January 2024.
• Apply and print a copy for your records.

How to Apply for WBJEE 2024?

• Initially, candidates must register with their name, date of birth, gender, place of residence, and father's name.
• Next, the candidate must set up a password, select a security question, respond, and complete the registration process.
• Enter all relevant information in the application form, including contact, academic, and personal information.
• Upload the passport-sized scanned photo in JPG or JPEG format with a file size of 10 to 200 KB. The signature needs to be in JPEG or JPG format and weigh between 4 and 30 KB.
• Any document—certificates, mark sheets, etc.—must be uploaded in PDF format in the 50–300 KB size range.
• Utilizing UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking, pay the exam cost online.
• Upon successful completion, candidates will be instructed to download the "Confirmation Page" for future use.
