WBJEE is the entrance exam for West Bengal college admissions, and WBJEE Board organizes the exam. The exam applications are live and accesso9ble for the interested students on the official website of WBJEE starting from February 23 to March 23. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination 2021 (WBJEE 2021) begins tomorrow. The application editing and finalizing will be made between 24-26 March 2021. As per the given schedule, this entrance exam will be conducted on July 11, 2021, which has two papers conducted on the same day in two slots.
It is a state-level examination held mainly for providing admissions for UG engineering programs, Architecture, and Pharmacy courses in both Governments funded & self-financed educational institutions/ universities all over West Bengal.
How to apply for WBJEE 2021; Steps
Step 1: As the applications are now accessible, candidates can easily visit the exam portal and look for admission applications.
Step 2: Next, they will have to register their names for the exam by creating their login details by usernames and password
Step 3: To fill the application forms, candidates must put in the credentials and enter the required details.
Step 4: Once the details are given, candidates have to attach their passport-sized photo and other documents or certificates for further identification and verification.
Step 5: At the end of the process, the page will redirect the candidate to pay the application fees, and only then will the process be complete.
Step 6: Final step is to submit the form and download the copy for foreseen purposes
According to the given date of examination, they are still tentative and might vary depending on the external factors. Any recent updates will be further notified on the exam website. The WBJEE is an offline examination, i.e., pen-paper mode and the exam paper has two different papers to attempt. Paper 1 consists of mathematics papers, and Paper 2 has Physics and Chemistry as major subjects. The slots are from 11 am to 1 am (paper 1) and slot from 2 pm to 4 pm (Paper 2).
The eligible students must be the country's citizens and have done their +2 board exams with passing marks/ percentage. The considerate minimum age to apply for an exam is 17, and the maximum age for attempting the examination is 25 years. When the candidates have cleared the entrance exam, they can participate in the other counseling process to get the seat allotment in the interested colleges in West Bengal.
