The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on October 10, released notification on its official website for recruitment. In total 44 vacancies are to be filled as per the UPSC recruitment 2020. The posts include Foreman (Electrical), Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor, Senior Scientific Assistant (Electronics) etc. The last date to apply the exam is October 29, 2020 and those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria of UPSC recruitment shall apply before the final date.

The eligibility criteria to apply for UPSC Recruitment 2020 will go as the age limit for Livestock Officer and Assistant Director of Census Operations(Technical), Assistant Engineer will be 35 years similarly age limit for Specialist Grade III, Assistant Professor (Epidemiology/Anaesthesiology/Nephrology/General Surgery/Microbiology or Bacteriology/ Paediatric Nephrology/Pathology/ Pharmacology) is 40 years.

In general candidates applying for Livestock Officer Post need to hold bachelor’s degree in the Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognized university. Assistant Engineer eligibility is applicants must have completed bachelor’s degree in Mining or Drilling or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Civil or Petroleum Technology from a recognized University. In a similar way for the posts of Assistant Director Census Operations (Technical) candidates need to hold Master’s Degree in Statistics or Operation Research or Mathematics (with Statistics) or Sociology (with Statistics) or Commerce (with Statistics) or Economics (with Statistics) or Anthropology (with Statistics) or Demography (with Statistics) of a recognized University.
