Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published the official notification on July 1st 2020 regarding the facility of changing the examination centres for UPSC CSE 2020 Preliminary examination. The decision has been taken by the authority by considering the requests from the candidates who desire to change their examination centre due to COVID 19 outbreak all over India.
Applicants who have already submitted the application form for UPSC CSE 2020 can also change their exam centres by logging to the respective website (upsconline.nic.in.) UPSC CSE 2020 exam centre correction window will be available in two phases. Examination centres will be fixed for the registered candidates based on "first apply and first allot"
UPSC CSE Exam centre correction window 1st Phase will be opened from 7th July 2020 to 13th July 2020 and Phase 2 examination centre change facility is available between 20th July 2020 to 24th July 2020. Union Public Service Commission also releases application withdrawal window facility from 1st August 2020 to 8th August 2020 and it will be available on its official website
Earlier UPSC CSE 2020 examination was supposed to be conducted on 31st May 2020, due to COVID 19 outbreak crisis exam got postponed further. But as per the new schedule UPSC civil services examination will be conducted on 4th October 2020 in an offline mode. Candidates can access the UPSC CSE preliminary exam 2020 admit cards will be available from 15th September 2020.Successfully registered candidates can download it by visiting the respective website via online mode only.
