It is expected that the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad will declare the TS EAMCET Results 2022 online, within this week of August. The released results include the scores of the candidate and the rank secured by them. Further, the authorities also release a general merit rank on the official website.
TS EAMCET 2022 is a computer-based entrance test that is conducted on a yearly basis. This year, it was conducted from 18th July to 20th July 2022.
According to the media reports, the exam saw wide participation from students all over the state. Out of the 94,476 registered candidates for the AM stream, 80,575 showed up. Similarly for the TS EAMCET engineering test, 1,56,812 students appeared out of the registered 1,72,243.

How to check your TS EAMCET 2022 Result?
You required follow a few simple steps to check your TS EAMCET 2022 result online. It is recommended that you keep your registration number, hall-ticket number and date of birth handy for checking the result.
Step 1: Visit the TS EAMCET official website.
Step 2: The link to download your TS EAMCET 2022 Result will be available in the notifications section of the website.
Step 3: Once the link is open, enter your registration number, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number, DOB and Captcha Code to access the result.
Step 4: Once you click on the “Submit” button, your result will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: It is recommended that you download a pdf version of the result for your records.
TS EAMCET 2022 Cutoff
All the general category candidates need to score at least 25% marks in the exam to qualify. Based on an exam of 160 marks, the candidates need to score a minimum of 40 marks. However, there are no minimum qualifying marks needed for the candidates of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes.
Till the year 2021, 25% weightage was also given to the marks of the 12th class. However, because of the pandemic, the marks of the candidates for the academic year 2022-23 will not be considered.
The candidates who are able to qualify for the exam are eligible to participate in TS EAMCET 2022 Counselling for admission to top B.Tech and Agriculture colleges in Telangana.

TS EAMCET 2022 Counselling and Seat Allotment
Once the results are declared, it is expected that the TS EAMCET Counselling for session 2022 will commence within the first week of September 2022. JNTU ensures that the Counseling sessions are conducted separately for Engineering and Agriculture programs. Further, these sessions are expected to be held online to ensure that the students can attend them conveniently.
These sessions comprise certificate verification and option-exercising procedures. The candidates’ TS EAMCET Ranks are used to determine the order in which they are to be called for admissions. Hence the students with the highest ranks get the best admission prospects.
Certificate or document verification for the admission procedure can be held at any one of the designated helpline centres. Post verification the candidates can fill in the options of courses and/or colleges as per their preferences.
Students who have been able to get a seat allotted in the TS EAMCET Seat Allotment Result can also choose to accept the seat with or without the option of participation in the next round of seat allotment. However, the students interested in the allotted institute will have to accept the seat and download their provisional seat allotment letter and duly report at the allotted institute.
