B-Tech is one of the most popular professional programs that is highly chosen in India. NTA (National Testing Agency) will conduct this Common University Entrance Test (CUET) to offer admission to the UG Courses.
The majority of colleges accept JEE Main 2024 scores for B-Tech admissions. However, there are some significant numbers of colleges in India that accept CUET 2024 scores for B Tech admission. The candidates need to apply to B-Tech colleges that accept CUET 2024 scores. Also, candidates must be aware of the participating colleges list that considers CUET marks. Further, the article will discuss the list of colleges, how to select the college, the fee structure, and much more.
To secure B-Tech seats in some of the top engineering colleges through CUET, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and get high test marks. This can be taken as a reference for candidates to get an idea of B-Tech colleges.

Students can choose the right college while registering for the CUET exam itself. Interested aspirants must follow the steps carefully:
What will be the admission process for CUET accepting Engineering colleges?
For CUET to accept B-Tech colleges, the students must get eligible scores in the examination. Once the candidates have appeared for the CUET examination and passed with good marks, they must participate in the counseling rounds held nationally or state-wise. Even universities conduct their counseling procedures at times.
The application process for most CUET-accepting B-Tech colleges will be similar. I.e., applicants are required to send in their application for their desired college, wait for them to release the merit or cut-off list based on CUET results, and then take part in counseling rounds. The participating colleges will release individual merit lists so that candidates can verify their scores against the given cut-off and then proceed with admissions.
If the candidates meet the given cut-off marks, then they will be shortlisted and asked for their documents for verification. Sometimes, universities might ask for GD and PI rounds as well for final selection. Once the verification is successful, the applicants must visit the college campus, pay the academic fees, and commence their engineering journey.
There are various reasons why candidates should choose the CUET 2024 entrance exam to get admission to the B-Tech program.
While choosing the CUET B-Tech college, candidates must be aware of the ROI, i.e., the placement opportunities that act as a return on investment for choosing the program. Most of the colleges offer an average package ranging from 4 to 15 LPAs in Fortune companies.
The below table will list some of the top central and state engineering colleges that accept CUET 2024 scores, along with their specializations and choice of domain in the CUET exam.
