Time management is literally everything in law school. Managing the juggling study, exams, assignments and personal life altogether can be a challenging task. I’ve been there; we’ve all been there, so here I present you with some tips for creating a study routine that will stick.
STUDY ROUTINE TIPS FOR LAW SCHOOL/UNIVERSITY EXAMS
1. Organization
Learn to manage your time by being an organizational wizard. For instance consider it as your 8-6 job. Keep a diary to note down everything such as deadlines, targets. Organize your study table and make it look attractive, just so it draws your attention to sit and study. Trust me; it’ll make your life easier.
2. Prepare yourself
It’s good to prepare yourself for your exams before time just to avoid stress. Have some snacks beside and study as much as you can.
Don’t waste any minute on unnecessary stuff. Refer books, revise thoroughly, and learn how to use your library resources.

3. Do all the reading beforehand
Don’t ever neglect your studies; make sure to keep up with your study. Make sure you do this before exam is around the corner, it can be stressful but you will not be stressed out plus it will save you a lot of energy.
4. Realistic planning
It’s obvious that you have a planner; you need to plan your study routine in order to keep your life organized. Mainly focus on what the professor discussed in class or highlighted as important, and plan your entire study schedule.
5. Practice, Repeat
Practice makes a man perfect. In every study routine, it is very important to give yourself time to memorize your framework and use practice exams to prepare yourself for the real deal, because they give you a good idea of what you can expect on the real exam. If your professor does not provide you with any practice exams, ask for precise sample questions, or go over the discussion topics highlighted in class.
