Shivaji University released its result online on its official website only. Students who have attempted for the exam can find the latest results and notifications below. Along with the result candidates can also find Exam Timetable and revaluation results. The University is responsible for all exam related activities including semester exams, assessment of answer scripts & the effective evaluation procedure.
Exams of Shivaji University is conducted in the months of April/May & November/December every year. Candidates who attend the exam can check their exam schedule (both final & revised) for all PG courses & courses on the official website only. Candidates should follow the given steps below to check their result.
How to check the result of Shivaji University
Step 1: Candidates will have to visit the official website of Shivaji University.
Step 2: After visiting the website candidates will have to click on the ‘Examination Section’.
Step 3: Applicants will be redirected to Shivaji University Controller of Examination page.
Step 4: Candidates wil have to click on ‘Online Results’ section and enter the 16-digit University PRN number.
Step 5: Candidates will have to click on the submit button and the result will be viewed on the screen.
Step 6: Candidates can download the score sheet and save it for future reference.
If the student is not satisfied with the marks obtained in a relevant subject, they can apply for a revaluation for their answer sheet by following a fixed process as prescribed by the University.
Step 1: Candidates who want to apply for revaluation must download forms directly from the official website of the university by student login.
Step 2: The downloaded form must be filled by the candidates within 15 days after the declaration of the result along with fees of INR 50 only.
Step 3: Student will have to hand over the application form by post/courier or in person only on the behalf of the concerned college or affiliated college.
Step 4: Once the application is sent concerned colleges transfer the application to Shivaji University’s board of Examination along with the fees.
Step 5: Candidates will receive status of the application within 45 days after the submission.
Step 6: If the student wants to verify the Revaluation status, students have to follow the same steps
Note:
Candidates are allowed to apply for verification for three subjects only as per the examination.
