The official CUSAT CAT 2025 notification will be released on 3rd January 2025. The notification mentions the exam schedule and is available on the official website. Candidates who want to apply for Cochin University of Science and Technology through CUSAT CAT 2025 can check for updates. CUSAT CAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Cochin University has mentioned the eligibility requirement for the exam in the official notification. Candidates must check the minimum eligibility criteria before applying for the exam here:

  • For B.Tech courses, candidates must have completed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as mandatory subjects.
  • SEBC candidates from Kerala need to score a 55% aggregate mark with a mandate of 50% in Maths. All other candidates are required to score 60% in aggregate marks and 60% in maths.
  • Diploma or Vocational qualification students are not eligible to apply. The above age limit is 25 years. Both Indian & International candidates can apply for the exam, but a Domicile certificate is mandatory for the state quota students.

CUSAT CAT 2025 Application Form

The Cochin University of Science and Technology has released the CUSAT CAT 2025 application form on their official website. The application registration window will be open from 17th January. The application process includes multiple stages like registration, filling out the fob with post and educational information, uploading documents & paying the application fee. The application fee for the form is Rs. 1200, with a discounted fee of Rs. 600 for Kerala SC or ST candidates.

There will be late registration charges of Rs. 100. Candidates are advised to review the eligibility criteria before filling out the CUSAT CAT registration form 2025. Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Candidates can start the registration process by going to the official website. Click on the "New candidate" registration button to begin the registration process for the exam.

Step 2: Register and Activate Your Account

You will need to fill out basic details like name, contact details, and other personal data. After submitting the registration form, you have to check your email for an activation link. Click the link to activate your account. The CUSAT CAT login will use your email address as the user ID. You can set a password for future logins.

Step 3: Fill in Personal Details

Complete the application form with your personal details and educational qualifications. It is important to select the cast category to get the benefit of reservations. If applicable, you must read clauses for Keralite status, NRI reservation and Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries as outlined in the CUSAT CAT 2025 prospectus.

Step 4: Upload Photo and Signature

The next step will require candidates to upload a recent passport-size photo and a scanned signature. Check the format and size in the table below to avoid any rejection.

Step 5: Select Your Course

Choose your desired course or program from the dropdown menu. Confirm the selected course by clicking on the "Confirm test" button and submit the course details.

Step 6: Review the Short Preview

A short review of your application will be displayed. Cross-check all the details like course information at personal details. Once you have checked, you will not be able to modify any changes.

Step 7: Pay the Application Fee

The next step is to pay the CUSAT CAT 2025 application fee. Payment can be made through credit card / debit card or net banking. The fee details for different candidate categories are mentioned in the table below.

Step 8: Choose Your Exam Centre

Once you pay the application fee, a list of available CUSAT CAT 2025 exam centres

will appear. You can choose your nearest location to take your exam.

Step 9: Print Confirmation Page

After submitting the details, you will see a final preview of your registration. Once confirmed, wait for the university's approval. This can take up to 2 days. After you get the approval, you can print the confirmation page for future reference.
