Orissa University of Agriculture has commenced the registration for OUAT 2020 Counselling from 30th November 2020. Candidates who have qualified in the OUAT 2020 entrance exam are eligible to participate in counselling session. Earlier, authority have declared the OUAT 2020 result on 15th November and released the OUAT 2020 rank cards on 24th November. Hence, candidates required to download the rank card by entering the date of birth & application number details in order to check the eligibility status. After checking qualifying status, eligible candidates can proceed for registration.
OUAT 2020 counselling registration includes, paying the stipulated OUAT 2020 counselling fees and choice filling in option form. The last date for the OUAT Counselling registration is 4th December 2020.It is advisable for the candidates to make the payment & fill up the choices with in time frame prescribed by the admission authority or else it may lead to the termination of candidature.
After the completion of choice filling round, admission authority will declare the OUAT 2020 Round-1 seat allotment order on 8th December 2020.Later, candidates who are satisfied with the allotment of seat must pay the admission fees in order to confirm the seat. Whereas, candidates who are not satisfied with the allotted seat can proceed for upgradation option and this process will available till 10th December 2020.
After round-1 seat allotment result, authority will release the second-round seat allotment result on 14th December 2020. Payment of admission fee for seat confirm and choosing for upgradation of seat can be done till 16th December. Later, final stage of counselling that is document verification process will be conducted at OUAT, Bhubaneshwar between 18th to 20th December 2020.In case, if any vacant seats are available, authority will conduct round-4 seat allotment process which might begin in the month of January 2021.
Check out the following steps in order to register for OUAT 2020 Counselling
Step 1: At first, go to the official OUAT website (@ ouat-lokaseba-odisha.in.)
Step 2: Click on “Candidate Login” option, then proceed to enter the credentials registered ID and password which was created during OUAT Registration Process
Step 3: After successful login, you will find the “Activity Section” in Dashboard.
Step 4: Then, click on the available link stating “Registration for OUAT 2020 Counselling”
Step 5: Proceed to fill up the required details in the blanks. It must be noted, once the details are filled it cannot be edited. So carefully fill up the registration form.
Step 6: Once the form is filled completely, continue to pay the OUAT 2020 Counselling Registration Fees which costs INR 500 (Non-Refundable) and it can be paid through online mode
Step 7: Upon successful payment, candidates required to download the consulting registration fee receipt and it should be preserved for future reference.
