The latest update reveals that the NMC has granted permission for students who have taken up physics, chemistry, biology, or biotechnology as additional subjects in Class 12 to participate in the upcoming exam. This significant exam will be conducted in 499 cities across India and 14 cities abroad. NEET UG 2024 Eligibility criteria

Candidates must be 17 years old by December 31st, 2023, to be eligible for the 2024 test.
Applicants must be Indian citizens, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs, or foreign nationals.
Pupils who have finished the 10+2/HSC exam or equivalent are eligible to apply. Applicants who are taking the 12th-grade test are eligible to apply.
To be eligible to apply for the test, the candidate must be from the science stream and have studied chemistry, physics, biology, and English at a recognized board.
The candidate must have achieved a minimum of 50% in the three scientific disciplines. For reserved category applicants, the minimum criterion is 40%.

How to register for NTA NEET 2024

Step 1: NEET 2024 Online Registration

Visit the NTA NEET website.
Click on "Fill in the NEET UG Registration Form" or the invitation for NEET Registration 2024.
Select 'New Registration' and read the instructions.
Fill in the required details on the NEET UG application form 2024.

Step 2: Filling up NEET Application Form 2024

Click on "Click here to log in."
Login using the application number and password.
The NEET form 2024 will open on your screen.

Step 3: Upload Scanned Images

Click on "Upload your recent IDs."
Select the files to be uploaded.
Click on "Next."

Step 4: Make Payment

Select the desired mode of payment (SBI/Syndicate/HDFC/ICICI/Paytm Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/UPI).
