The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for postgraduate (NEET PG 2021) has been postponed by National Board of Examination (NBE) at the official website natboard.edu.in. The exam date is postponed until further notice.
NEET PG 2021 exam postponed decision comes from National Medical Commission (NMC) after they informthe matter of conduct of NEET-PG 2021 being considered by the Under Graduate&Post Graduate Boards of the Commission in consultation with the stakeholders. As announced by NBE on September 16, 2020thescheduleforconduct of NEET PG 2021 will be postponed until the further notice.
- In the first week of November along with the official notificationNEET PG 2021 application form will be released. NEET PG exam 2021 is an online test i.e. computer-based testand the question paper comprises of 300 multiple-choice questions.
- Earlier NEET PG 2021 was scheduled to be conducted on January 10, 2021.NEET MDS 2021 was earlier scheduled on December 16, 2020 while new date of NEET PG 2021 to be conducted is not been released yet by the conducting body.
- Across162 cities in the nationNEET PG 2021 is set to be conductedthrough online mode. Those candidates who appear for NEET PG 2021 admission to 1,979 PG Diploma seats, 19,953 Doctor of Medicine (MD) seatsand 10,821 Master of Surgery (MS) seatswill be offered by 6,102 private, government,Central and Deemed Universities.
- Until the last week of Novemberthe registration window will be open andapplicants will be able to register till the last date.
- In the previous year 2019 nearly1.68 lakh candidates registered for NEET PG exam where only 1.60 lakh candidates wrote the exam.
Once the NEET PG 2021 application form is released applicants before the last date need to register usingthe login credentials then the Admit Card further results and later NEET PG 2021 admission process takes place.
