Eligibility Criteria for MBA Admission in Madhya Pradesh
Academic Qualification: To get qualify for MBA admission in Madhya Pradesh. Candidates should meet the prescribed eligibility criteria as per the admission authority norms. Candidates. The Basic requirement is that candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum 50% aggregate score from any recognized institute. Whereas candidates who belong to the reserved category SC/ST will be having relaxation in aggregate marks. Hence, they can score a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam. Application Process for MBA Admission in Madhya Pradesh
To get eligible for MP State level counseling for MBA admission, candidates must clear the CMAT entrance exam. Through the CMAT merit list, the admission authority will conduct the counseling session. At first, candidates need to register for CMAT to take up the entrance exam. Candidates with valid CAT, MAT, or any other equivalent entrance exam score can apply to the specific management institute's application form. Step 1-Registration for CMAT: Foremost, candidates must visit the respective website of CMAT (@ cmat.nta.nic.in). Then click on “fill the online application form.” Then click on the new registration tab, and also candidates are advised to download the information bulletin to read the instructions. Then start filling up the details like personal & contact information. After the successful registration, system generated application number and password will be generated.
Step 2: Fill up the CMAT application form: Using the login credentials, candidates must sign up for the application form portal. Then fill the application form appropriately by entering the details relevant to the academic qualifications and then choosing the exam city.
Step 3: Upload the scanned image: Candidates need to upload the passport-sized photo's scanned image and the signature as per the prescribed dimensions.
Step 4: Payment of CMAT application fees: Candidates must pay the stipulated CMAT application fee as per their category. The general category candidate’s application fee charges INR 1600, and for the reserved category, it costs INR 1000. Payment can be made via online or offline mode.
Selection Process for MBA Admission in Madhya Pradesh
Selection through CMAT: Usually, after the CMAT entrance exam results, the Madhya Pradesh MBA admission process will begin. The admission authority will primarily prepare the common merit list based on the student's rank acquired in the CMAT entrance exam. Thereafter, candidates eligible through the merit list/rank list can participate in the Madhya Pradesh MBA Counselling session.
