IBSAT (ICFAI Business Aptitude Test) - The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (deemed to be a university) administers the national entrance exam, known as IBSAT, for admission to MBA and PGPM programs. The two-hour computer-based, remotely proctored exam will consist of objective-style questions covering topics such as:
SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) - The SNAP exam is administered by Symbiosis International (Deemed) University in order to determine admission to MBA programs provided by its sixteen member universities. Candidates are given three attempts at the exam, which is administered in two shifts three times. For MBA admission, the best score after three attempts is taken into account. Sixty questions drawn from the DILR, VARC, and Quant categories make up the one-hour SNAP exam.
ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admissions) - AIMS administers the ATMA, a national-level management entrance exam. Exams for admission to a variety of postgraduate programs, including MBA, PGDM, MMS, etc., are administered through a single window. There are multiple exam dates set for this year. Admission to over 700 B-schools is based on ATMA scores.
XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) - The XAT exam is held by XLRI Jamshedpur to grant admission to approximately 800 colleges in India as well as its MBA programs. Given that the CAT 2023 and the XAT have similar difficulty levels, candidates who took the CAT 2023 should not skip this exam.
MAT (Management Aptitude Test) - AIMA administers the MAT, a national entrance examination. It is held four times a year, with more than 20,000 applicants per session. The MAT is the entry point to more than 600 management colleges and B-schools in India.
CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) - The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the CMAT, a national management entrance exam, to candidates seeking admission to the nation's MBA and PGDM programs. Every year, more than 70,000 candidates take part in it. The CMAT has a total score of 400. The three-hour CMAT exam is administered in a computer-based test (CBT) format.
Candidates need to satisfy the minimum eligibility requirements to appear in the MBA Exam.
