The MAT exam 2025 May session will be conducted in two modes: computer-based test and paper-based test. The exam is scheduled for February, May, September and December. Registration for the May sessions is out now. The last date to register MAT 2025 for the PBT mode is 25 May. On the other hand, the MAT exam 2025 registration last date for the CBT mode is 2 June 2025. AIMA will release the MAT May session admit card for the PBT mode on 28 May 2025 and for the CBT mode on 5 June 2025. Step 1: Select MAT Test Mode and Exam Centre
Select your preferred MAT exam centre. Candidates can opt for one or both exam modes based on their preferences.
Step 2: Upload Signature and Photo
Candidates need to upload a recent passport-size photo and signature in the prescribed format.

Step 3: Select Institutes
Candidates opting for two exam modes can select a total of seven management institutes to receive their exam scorecard. Candidates are provided with five institutes by default, plus there will be an addition of two institutes as a benefit for choosing both modes.
Step 4: Payment of Application Fees
Once the preferred colleges are selected, the screen will display the payment section. Candidates can pay the fees by net banking, debit or credit card, or wallet options. Only candidates who have successfully paid the MAT 2025 application fee will be eligible to appear for the exam. Those candidates were opt to take the exam in two modes have to pay additional fees. Step 5: Fill in the Details
After completing the exam fee payment, candidates have to enter their personal information, academic details, and any relevant work experience.
Step 6: Re-check Entered Details and Download
Before final submission, candidates are advised to review the entered details carefully. Once verified, they can download and save a copy for future reference.
MAT admit card 2025 for the main session will be available in May and June. Candidates can download the admit cards from the official website by logging in with their registered email ID and password. Only candidates have successfully submitted the application form and paid the fee. Will be eligible to download the MAT CBT admit card. AIMA releases separate admit cards for CBT and PBT modes on different dates. The admit card includes important details like the exam centre, address with Centre code, roll number, and other exam instructions.
In the latest update to the exam, pattern, and syllabus, AIMA introduced a few changes from the previous year. The total number of questions has been reduced from 200 to 150.
