AIMA is the conducting authority of the MAT entrance exam. Fo the year 2022, MAT registrations are already open from 27th December 2021. A national-level entrance exam is a gateway for admission to the MBA at MAT 2022 Participating Colleges. Across India, there are up to 600 B schools that accept MAT scores. The examination will be held four times a year, i.e., March, May, September, and December. Presently, the MAT 2022 March session registrations are ongoing, and it is probably to close by 28th February 2022. However, students have no restrictions on attempts for an exam.

According to MAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria, candidates must have completed their graduation degree to be qualified for the MAT exam of 2022. Their graduation degree can be completed in any stream or discipline without backlogs. Even the candidates who are yet to complete their final year exam can appear for the exam. There is no age limit for the candidates to appear for the exam. As MAT 2022 is conducted four times, there is no limit for the candidates on the number of attempts for the exam.

Despite being in any mode, the exam pattern for MAT 2022 remains the same. There are a total of 200 questions in MCQ type in MAT 2022 Question Paper. The total time duration for the MAT exam is 150 mins. As per the MAT 2022 Marking Scheme, one mark is given for every question, and if there is a wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. Hence, Negative Marking Exist in MAT 2022. The exam paper is divided into 5 sections, and the medium of the exam is in the English language.
What is to be done after registering for MAT 2022?
After registering for the March session of MAT 2022, the relevant admit card will be released for registered candidates. The results will be announced after a few weeks of completing the exam. Next, the shortlisted candidates will proceed with the counselling process. The authority of AIMA verify the candidates, counsel and give the seat allotment. Lastly, after seat allotment, the candidates must go for the admission process for the relevant college allotted.
