The Commissioner for Entrance Exams (CEE) has officially released the exam date for KEAM 2024. Scheduled to take place from June 1 - June 9, the exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Additionally, the CEE will soon issue the KEAM notification, providing comprehensive details about the exam. Prior to applying for KEAM, students must thoroughly review the eligibility criteria set forth for the exam.
KEAM Exam 2024 will be conducted in Computer-Based Test mode. It's important to mention that KEAM doesn't administer exams for UG courses in agriculture, forestry, veterinary, fisheries, architecture, and Pharmacy. Nevertheless, applicants aiming for admission to these courses need to engage in the KEAM counseling (CAP) procedure. Students who satisfy the eligibility can fill out the KEAM 2024 application form.
Students have the opportunity to conveniently review the eligibility criteria for the KEAM 2024 exam online. It is strongly recommended that students thoroughly examine the KEAM 2024 eligibility criteria before proceeding with the application process. Failure to meet the eligibility necessities may result in students being ineligible for admission to participating institutions, leading to the non-allocation of seats.

Students must have passed the Higher Secondary Exam, Kerala, or an equivalent exam. Students should score a minimum aggregate of 45% in Physics, Maths, and Chemistry.
If a student hasn't studied Chemistry during their 12th standard, their marks in Computer Science will be taken into account. Similarly, if a student hasn't studied either Chemistry or Computer Science, their marks in Biotechnology will be considered. In cases where the student hasn't studied any of these subjects, their scores in Biology will be reviewed by the authorities.
For Engineering courses, students need to have physics and maths as compulsory subjects and computer science, chemistry, or biology as optional subjects. They should have a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in these subjects to be eligible for admission and to qualify for the KEAM exam.
To be eligible for Architecture programs, students must have completed the Higher Secondary Exam from Kerala or any recognized board, securing a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Alternatively, they must have passed the 10+3 Diploma Exam with Maths as a mandatory subject. They should get at least 50% marks in aggregate. Students meeting the minimum eligibility criteria as per NATA eligibility for 2024 will be considered for admission to the B. Arch. Course.
If applicants are natives of Kerala, they will be classified as Keralites. Similarly, children of All India Service (AIS) officers assigned to the Kerala cadre, even if they are not originally from Kerala, will also be considered Keralites. However, it's important to note that such students won't be eligible for reservation under Communal/Special/Persons with Disabilities categories or any fee concessions.
Students who don't meet the criteria to be classified as Keralites can still be considered for admission under Non-Keralite Category I (NK I) if they satisfy the following conditions:
Applicants falling under this category are eligible for admission to B.Tech programs in government-controlled self-financing colleges and private self-financing engineering institutions. However, students need to understand that admission for students in this category will be considered only if there are no Keralite or Non-Keralite Category I (NK I) students available.
It's crucial to note that students in this category are not eligible for reservations under Communal/Special/Persons with Disabilities categories or any fee concessions.
