KEA has released the KPGCET Exam Dates 2025. Applicants who want to seek admission in MBA through Karnataka PGCET 2025 will have to appear for the exam on 22nd June 2025.

The KPGCET 2025 Application Form will be available on 25th April. Applicants must register and complete the procedure before the last date, that is, 10th May. Application Processes include Online registration, Form Filling, fee payment, etc.

Soon after the application process concludes, KEA will provide a facility for the application form correction. Candidates may correct their details in the KPGCET application form during this correction window if any error occurs while filling out the form. KEA would also open the "Karnataka PGCET 2025 edit link" or correction window after the exam is taken. Candidates could make changes, if required, even after taking the exam.

The Karnataka PGCET exam will be of 100 MCQs. The candidate will have 120 minutes, i.e., 2 hours, to answer all the questions. Furthermore, the exam will be conducted offline. Candidates must keep checking for further notifications from KEA and complete the application within the given time frame.

KPGCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Karnataka PGCET is the entrance exam for admission into MBA (full-time and part-time). Here are the eligibility criteria for MBA programs.

  • Must be a graduate with a minimum of three years of bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an institute recognized by the UGC.
  • General category candidates must achieve at least 50% aggregate marks.  Reserved category candidates must obtain at least 45% aggregate marks.
  • Only working professionals are eligible for a part-time MBA.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of three years of work experience as of July 31 of the admission year.

How to Fill Karnataka PGCET Application Form 2025?

For filling out Karnataka PGCET Application Form 2025, a candidate can check the following instructions:

Step 1: Generate User Account

  • Go to the KEA-authorized website.
  • Click on the 'KPGCET 2025 online registration' Link.
  • Enter details such as name, gender, mobile number, email address, etc.
  • You will get a system-generated email and SMS with your login credentials. Please keep them safe for future use.

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form

  • Log in using the User ID & Password received during registration.
  • Fill in personal, academic, and contact details in the application form.
  • Click on the 'Save & Next' button to proceed.

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

  • Upload scanned copies of the following: Recent passport-sized photo, Signature, Left thumb impression, and Parent's Signature.
  • Upload and click on the 'Save and Next' link.
  • Accept the declaration by checking in the box on the right of the declaration form.

Step 4: Validate and Submit

  • Carefully re-read all entered details.
  • Correct any error identified by clicking 'Edit'
  • Continue to click on the 'Submit' button, once satisfied that all details provided are correct.

Step 5: Registration Fee Payment

Choose your means of payment option and pay a registration fee applicable to your respective category. KPGCET 2025 Application Fees is INR 700.

KPGCET 2025 Exam Pattern

According to the KPGCET 2025 MBA Exam Pattern, the total mark is 100. Each candidate will need to complete it in 120 minutes. Questions will be presented as MCQs, so one mark shall be given for each correct response. There shall be no marking for wrong answers; hence, all questions can be attempted without fearing the loss of marks.
