JEE Advanced 2024 Registration Starts from April 27

IIT Madras has revised the date for JEE Advanced 2024 online registration. The release date of the JEE Advanced 2024 application form has been postponed from April 21 to April 27. The last date to apply for JEE-Advanced 2024 is May 7. However, the registration date for foreign nationals remains the same, from April 15 to April 30.

The authority has announced the JEE Advanced 2024 Exam Dates. According to the schedule, the entrance test will take place on May 26, 2024. Students can apply online until May 7 and must submit the JEE Advanced 2024 application fee by May 10, 2024. You can download the JEE Advanced 2024 Admit Card from May 17 to May 26, 2024.

The top 2,50,000 JEE Main 2024 students will have the opportunity to apply for the JEE Advanced 2024. That will help them qualify for admission to Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programs at the IITs, NITs, and CFTIs.

JEE Advanced 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• For JEE Advanced 2024, students must rank among the top 2,50,000 successful students (including all categories) in the BE/BTech Paper of JEE (Main) 2024.
• They should have been born on or after October 1, 1999. SC, ST, and PwD students are eligible for a five-year age relaxation.
• Students can take the JEE (Advanced) a maximum of two times in two consecutive years, with first-time students also allowed to appear for JEE Advanced 2025.
• Those who passed Class 12 in 2023 or 2024 are eligible.
• Additionally, students should not have been admitted to an IIT in the past, regardless of whether they continued in the program or, recognized an IIT seat by reporting online or at a reporting center.

JEE Advance 2024 Exam Pattern

The JEE Advanced exam pattern can change unexpectedly, so it's important to stay updated. Check the details below:

• The exam will be conducted ONLY in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
• JEE Advanced 2024 will include two question papers: Paper 1 & Paper 2, each lasting three hours. Both papers are mandatory.
• The exam will be available in English and Hindi. The total duration of the exam is 6 hours.
• The marking scheme for JEE Advanced changes annually. Negative marks might be given for wrong answers to some questions. Each Q Paper will have 3 separate sections: PCM

Step 2: Log in to your profile by entering your roll number and password.

Step 3: Fill in your personal and academic details, select your preferred language, exam cities, etc., and then click the 'Submit' button.

Step 4: Upload the documents & pay the application fee.

Step 5: Double-check the application form and submit it to finish the application process.
