IPU CET 2025 Exam Date, Application Form and Exam Pattern

GGSIPU has released the IPU CET 2025 application form. Candidates looking for admission to the UG and PG Courses at the GGSIPU, must appear for the Exam. Admission will be granted on the basis of scores obtained in the Exam. Candidates are advised to clearly go through the eligibility criteria, important dates, and instructions before filling up the application form. Therefore, Students are advised to register themselves before the last date mentioned to avoid any last-minute issues. IPU CET application form 2025 last date is scheduled for 31^st March 2025. The mode of application process is online. On the official website, students can complete the IPU Registration Process.

The university will soon update the IPU CET 2025 Exam Dates. However, it is expected that the Exam will be carried out from April to May 2025 for different courses. The IPU CET 2025 Result will be available in June 2025. In contrast, counselling will be conducted in June/July 2025.

How to apply fot IPU CET 2025 Online?

The application process for IPU CET 2025 is absolutely online. Therefore, candidates who intend to seek admission to GGSIPU must fill in the IPU CET online application form by accessing the web portal of the university. Below are the detailed steps to complete the application process:

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Go to the website. Find out the link for the Application Form. Now, read all the instructions carefully before proceeding. After reading, check the agreement box and click on "Start".

Step 2: Complete IPU CET Online Registration 2025

• The registration procedure is divided into two steps: Initial Registration and Final Registration.
• Enter Basic information like name, email ID, mobile number, and course details.
• Select the program name and program code for which you are applying.
• After submitting, you will get a Login ID & Password on your registered mobile number and email.

Step 3: Fill the Application Form

• Login using the Login ID and Password.
• Fill in your details, such as DOB, gender, category, address, and nationality.
• Select the exam category from the options given. (CET, NON CET). Those who are choosing non-CET shall have attempted any of the national-level exams. For these candidates, only counselling will be conducted.

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

• Upload your recent passport-size photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression.
• The photos shall be in the JPEG/JPG format, and each photo not to exceed 100KB.
• Next, click "Submit".

Step 5: Enter Educational Qualifications

• Fill up your Class 10, Class 12, and graduation details (if applicable).
• Enter information like year of passing, board/university, school/college name, and percentage/grades.

Step 6: Course Selection & Submission

• Choose the course you want to apply for from the list.
• For some courses, you will also have to select the exam centre.
• Tick the "I Agree" box and click "Submit".

Step 7: Pay the Application Fee

• The IPU CET 2025 application fee for every course is Rs 1000.
• Debit cards or net banking are all acceptable modes of payment.

Step 8: Download and Print the Application Form

• Once done with the payment process, it is possible to download and print a copy of the filled application form.
• It will be useful in future to download the admit cards.

Step 9: Apply to Multiple Courses (Optional)

• Candidates are allowed to apply for more than one course. For that, the same login credentials can be used.
• They should select further courses and apply for additional courses from the tab Course Application.

IPU CET 2025 Application Correction Window

The applicants can make the corrections to their submitted application forms if any error has been made through the IPU CET 2025 application correction window. GGSIPU gives this facility on its official website for a certain period. Those who have already submitted their application form can log in using their registered ID & password to make necessary corrections.

During this correction window period, the students can correct particulars like personal data, academic records, uploaded files, and details of the preferred exam centre. However, they cannot alter a few fields, such as the name and category of the candidate. Before finalizing any corrections, the aspirants should go through the directives issued by the Authority.

Aspirants shall follow the given steps to make corrections:

• Enter the official portal of IPU and log in with the registered credentials.
• Click on the correction application and provide the required amendment.
• It should be reviewed well in advance before finally submitting the corrections.
• Once the correction window closes, no further changes will be accepted. Candidates need to make sure all the details are correct to avoid problems at any stage during the admission process.

IPU CET 2025 Exam Pattern

The IPU CET 2025 question paper shall comprise 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). All the questions have four choices; however, one is the correct answer only. The candidates shall mark the right answer on the OMR sheet.

For example, in the lateral entry B Tech, the questions will be drawn from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates will have to ensure that they make proper preparation by checking the  IPU CET 2025 Syllabus, as it will highlight the important areas to focus upon and thus lead to perfect exam preparation.

Staying thorough with the syllabus and practising previous years' question papers will improve speed as well as accuracy. Also, proper time management during an examination will help candidates in attempting all the questions.

What next after the IPU CET 2025 Exam?

After the conclusion of the Exam, the IPU CET 2025 Result will be declared by June 2025. It can be anticipated that the results of the university would come in the form of a PDF in which students could get marks along with their CML rank. Additionally, the scorecard of IPU CET 2025 will be downloaded by entering the roll number along with the program code. Those qualifying IPU CET 2025 cutoff marks for their desired courses and categories will be selected for the admission process.

After the declaration of the result, the university will initiate the IPU CET 2025 counseling process. The candidates who qualify will have to apply online for counseling on the official website. Seats will be allocated through merit rank and seat availability. In case the seats will not get filled then the same process will be repeated in various rounds.
