2. Click on "Admissions" and then " IMT Ghaziabad Distance MBA Application Form" (it might be worded slightly differently).
3. You'll see the application form. Fill it out completely.
4. Pay the application fee which is INR 1500. You can do this online while filling out the form itself.

Note: This is for online applications. If you prefer to apply offline, you can send a Demand Draft (a special bank document) for INR 1500 instead of paying online. Make sure the Draft is made payable to "IMT CDL" and send it to the address mentioned in the instructions you skipped (IMT CDL, A-16, Site-3, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Meerut Road, Ghaziabad, payable at Delhi).

• Two passport-sized photos
• A photocopy of your college degree or final year mark sheet
• A photocopy of your 10th-grade passing certificate (to verify your birthday and name)
• A photocopy of your 12th-grade passing certificate
• A photocopy of your ID proof (Aadhaar card, Driver's license, or Passport)
• A work experience certificate (if you have any work experience)
• If you're applying for a fee concession (like SC/ST, defense personnel, etc.), you'll need a document to prove you qualify
• For students with foreign degrees: You'll need approval from the Ministry of HRD (Government of India) along with a copy of your passport and study visa.

The fees of the IMT Ghaziabad Distance MBA program are broken down into semester fees. You will pay a tuition fee of INR 27,500 each semester, along with a one-time alumni fee of INR 1,000 in the first semester.  So, for the first semester, you will pay a total of INR 28,500. The tuition fee stays the same at INR 27,500 for semesters 2, 3, and 4 as well.

IMT Ghaziabad Payment Schedule

Students are expected to pay the fee at the start of each semester. This is because the university will only provide the study materials when the cost is paid. If the student fails to pay the price, he or she will be unable to join the distance MBA  learning sessions. This is why students must make sure they pay their fees on time.

Note-

• If a student fails to pay the semester fee by the due date, they will be required to pay both the charge and a fine of INR 2,500.
• If a student appears for the examination in any overseas location, they must pay an extra examination cost of INR 2,500.
• The institution cautions students not to make any fee payments in cash.

Students can pay the academic fees in the following two ways:

Online payment: Students can pay the charge using a debit or credit card, via net banking, or through UPI.

Demand a draft payment: If online payment is not feasible, students can pay with a Demand Draft in favor of IMT CDL, payable in Delhi. Students can also courier the draft to IMT CDL in Ghaziabad.

IMT Ghaziabad Distance MBA Program Structure

The IMT Ghaziabad Distance MBA program lasts for two years, divided into four semesters.

The first three semesters focus on the important basics of business. You'll learn key concepts and skills that are used every day in the workplace.

In the fourth semester, you get to choose your area of specialization. There are five options to pick from: Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Business Analytics. If you take all five electives (optional courses) in the same area, you'll graduate with a specialized diploma.

The entire program is worth 84 credits. This includes:

• 3 non-credited foundation courses (Basics of Accounting, Communication, and Management)
• 15 core courses (worth 60 credits) covering essential business topics
• 5 elective courses (worth 20 credits) that you get to choose
• A final project (worth 4 credits)

The MBA distance course has a total of 84 credit points, which are further classified

• 3 Non-credit Foundation Courses

The first three semesters of the curriculum will cover concepts from all major areas of management. In the fourth semester, students must select any five electives of their choice.

Students can specialize in a certain topic. They will have to select all five electives from the same specialization in which they wish to specialize.

IMT CDL offers two types of examinations for its distance MBA courses. The first is Formative Assessment, which is conducted for regular tasks during the semester. The second form is the summative assessment, which is used for end-of-term exams.
