IGNOU Admissions for MBA entrance exam is OPENMAT 2021. The registration for the has begun from March 02, 2021, to get feasible admissions in the University by considering the OPENMAT management admission test scores for 2021-22.
The admission cycle for the January session in IGNOU is still available. It is open till March 15, 2021, where both fresh and re-registrations are accepted at the official website: ignou.ac.in. Registration is possible only by entering the valid name and contact details of the applicants. While registering, it is advised to the students to know the complete details about the fee structure, eligibility criteria, and other necessary details. But the facility for fee relaxation is only available to reserved category candidates and is applicable for one program at a time. Graduates who are applying for OPENMAT must have a minimum percentage of 55, and if the candidates come under SC/ST, they must secure at least 45%. The OPENMAT applications will be open till March 20, 2021.

The process is as simple as applying for any other course, Candidates will have to open the University website, attach their photograph in a given format, choose their particular course and specialization, choose their exam center, and other vital details have to be filled in the application form and lastly pay the required fees amount.

Eligibility standards to know for Re-Registration or Re-Admission in IGNOU
Candidates re-applying must have compulsorily finished their chosen program in the given course duration. If they cannot complete it, they might have to re-register their names for the next academic year.
The selection process of the candidates will happen only based on OPENMAT scores. As the test will be held twice a year, candidates can attempt the exam twice if they are not satisfied with the first attempt. The candidates can check their results by visiting the NTA website or by the OPENMAT exam page of the IGNOU. The result or the candidates' rank card will be sent to them on their mail id as provided at the registrations' time.
Further, the admission process will be considered by knowing the cut-off score of OPENMAT as defined by IGNOU. It majorly accepts candidates who have made their mark on the merit-list, and those documents are verified and sent to the university's regional committee.
In July, the scores of OPENMAT are valid for getting admissions for the first sem in Jan and second sem in July year of academics. In February, the scores of OPENMAT are valid for getting admissions in the first sem of July and second sem in Jan in the respective academic year.
