ICAI CA Exam 2020 Postponed

The Institute of Chartered Accountants postponed the ICAI CA November 2020 exams for students registered and appearing from the ICAI CA exam centres in Bihar. ICAI CA Exam 2020 was scheduled to be held on November 2,3,6 and 7 and is now postponed due to the wake of Legislative Assembly Elections in Bihar.

The new updated dates of ICAI CA November 2020 exams at foundation level as per the new schedule will be conducted on November 19, 21, 23 and 25, 2020, related information is available on the official website icai.org.

Authority has notified that ICAI CA examination will now be held on November 19, 21, 23 and 25, 2020. The official notification reads that the respective papers/list of exam centres state wise wherein Legislative Assembly Elections in Bihar and Parliamentary By- Elections /Assembly By- Elections announced in different place(s) of different states will be informed separately

• Candidates with symptoms of diseases or COVID-19 positive students will be provided on self-declaration basis and will continue functioning at this entire time of conducting the ICAI CA November 2020 Examinations.
• The scheme shall also be applicable to place of residence/centres of students which turn out to be the containment zone at the time of exam dates. Candidates are allowed to carry forward all the benefits candidature with due to students including fee payment and exemptions for May 2021 examination cycle.

The exam is conducted in offline mode through paper-pen based test mode. The examination takes place twice in a year and next examination cycle will be held in the month of May 2021. As per the official announcement students opted for the examination centre from State of Bihar will have to note and do the needful and as the schedule of Election is done ensure the interests of students appearing from the state of Bihar.
