Indian Institute of Technology Delhi has begun the GATE COAP 2021 Counselling Registration on 25th March 2021. Aspirants seeking M Tech admission in any IITs must register by logging into the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP). Aspirants who have qualified in GATE 2019 / 2020 / 2021 with a valid score are eligible to participate in the counseling session. IIT Delhi is going to conduct COAP Counselling in five rounds from 13th May 2021.
COAP offers a common platform to the candidates to choose an order of preference for securing admission to the M.Tech course in IITs. After COAP Counseling concludes, if any seats are left out, the admission authority will conduct additional counseling rounds apart from five sessions. Candidates can check the admission offers by visiting at GOAP Portal.
Previously, IIT Bombay announced the GATE 2021 Result on 19th March 2021. Candidates can check their results via online mode by visiting the official website.IIT Bombay has declared the GATE cut-off 2021 (paper wise) on 20th March 2021 for all the 27 papers, along with GATE results. To be noted, candidates must ensure that they satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria prescribed by the respective college they wish to apply to.

GATE COAP 2021 Counseling Process
GATE COAP Counselling includes three stages, namely Online Registration, Admission in Allotted Institutes, and Online Seat Allotment.

After the online registration process concludes, candidates will be allotted seats based on their merit rank in the GATE entrance exam, choice of preferences, and availability of seats.

How to check admission offers through COAP 2021 Portal?
Step 1: Visit the official website of the GATE COAP Portal.
Step 2: Candidates must log in by using the registered ID & Password generated during GATE 2021 Application Process.
Step 3: Then, click on the "Seat Allotment" option.
Step 4: Institute-wise seat allotment list will display on the screen.
Step 5: Candidates should confirm seats by choosing any one of the options out of the "Accept and Freeze," "Wait," "Reject and Wait. "Candidates who have not secured any seats need to wait for the subsequent rounds for seat allotment.
