Steps to fill GATE 2023 Application form.
On 30th August 2022, the GATE 2023 application form will be available. IIT Kanpur issued the GATE 2023 registration deadline on its official website. GATE official website, gate.iitk.ac.in, will activate the link for the GATE application form 2023. Between 30th August and 30th September 2022, qualified students can register for the GATE 2023 exam. Students have until 7th October 2022 to complete GATE registration for 2023 with a late application fee. Candidates are advised to start by going to http://appsgate.iisc.ernet.in. It is also accessible via the official websites of the corresponding zonal GATE offices or the organization hosting GATE 2023.
Step 1: Registration
Candidates must have a working email address, mobile number, and GOAPS password to register for the exam. The email address supplied upon registration will be the recipient of all GATE communications. One registration per email address is permitted. Candidates are urged to provide their mobile numbers to receive SMS messaging.
Step 2: Filling up the application form.
Candidates must log in to the GOAPS official website with their credentials in order to fill out the GATE 2023 application form online. Candidates can fill out the GATE application form after logging in. Fill up your educational background, contact information, and other things.
Aspirants might enter data on the GOAPS website, "Save" a half-completed form, "Logout," and then continue filling it out by logging in again. The GOAPS portal is simple to use and self-explanatory. On its website, aspirants could also get online assistance with using GOAPS. Fill in educational qualification, communication information, and other details.
Step 3: GATE 2023 application fee payment
Candidates must pay the GATE 2023 application fee after completing the online application form. The application fee's specifics and available payment methods are listed below. Please make sure that the application form of GATE 2023 is complete, with all required supporting documents filled out and submitted, and that there are NO ERRORS before submitting it. Once submitted, an application cannot be amended or corrected. After reviewed by the appropriate zonal GATE Office, its current status will be updated. By logging into GOAPS, this status can be checked at any time.
GATE 2023 hall tickets will be given to those who finish their online applications before the GATE 2023 registration deadline. IIT Kanpur will make the GATE 2023 admit card available on 3rd January following a schedule. Candidates studying for the exam must use the GATE syllabus 2023 as their guide. GATE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, applicants must meet GATE 2023 exam eligibility requirements. Students may review the eligibility requirements below:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold one of the aforementioned undergraduate degrees to be eligible to apply for GATE 2023. The exam is also open to students in their third or final year of an undergraduate program.
Pass Percentage: There is no minimum pass rate requirement for GATE 2023 eligibility.
Age Limit: There is no set age restriction for candidates for the GATE exam.
Nationality: It is a requirement that the candidate is an Indian national.
GATE Eligibility for International Students: Candidates from Nepal, Singapore, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, United Arab Emirates, and Sri Lanka are also eligible to apply for GATE 2023, according to the GATE eligibility requirements for international students.
GATE 2023 Syllabus
The information brochure and the GATE 2023 syllabus have both been made available by IIT Kanpur. The course syllabus has not changed. The exam syllabus differs depending on whatever Paper the candidates choose. However, the General Aptitude (GA) section's syllabus will be identical for all 29 papers. 15% of the total marks will be allocated to the general aptitude part, while the core courses will receive 85%.
