Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Bombay) has reopened the GATE 2021 application correction window on 17th November 2020. Already registered candidates who are willing to make some corrections in the details pertaining University/College Name, Contact Address, Date of Birth. Such candidates can make modify their details by logging to the GOAPS official website via online mode (@ gate.iitb.ac.in). The last date for correcting the details in application form is 23rd November 2020.
Previously, GATE 2021 application correction window was activated from 28th October to 13th November 2020. However, concerned admission authority have provided one more opportunity by re-opening application form correction window for those candidates who have failed to make the corrections or modifying their details in application form earlier.
After the conclusion of corrections, regional admission authorities will be verifying details along with documents which have been submitted and they might contact the candidates through registered Email ID or mobile number. Thereafter, candidates can check their application status by logging to the GOAPS website in online mode.
Candidates should note, modifying the details such as contact address, college name or university in the GATE 2021 application form does not cost any fees. But candidates required to pay additional fees which costs INR 500 for editing their exam centre, candidate name and date of birth details in application form through correction window facility.
As per the schedule, GATE 2021 will be held between 5th to 7th February 2021 and 12th to 14th February 2021 and it will take place in two session (morning & afternoon).GATE 2021 Admit card will be available from 8th January 2021 in online mode only, in order to avail the admit card candidates must log on to the respective portal by using their registered login credentials.

Step 1: Visit the official website of GOAPS (@ gate.iitb.ac.in)
Step 2: Candidates required to login the portal by using their credentials namely GATE 2021 Enrolment Number or registered Email Id and Password which was generated during GATE 2021 application process.
Step 3: Then, proceed to make required changes in the application form. If candidates are willing to modify exam centre, date of birth and name in application form. Those candidates must pay the GATE 2021 application form correction fees which charges INR 500.
Step 4: After editing the required details, click on “submit” and take the print out of same for future reference.
