FLAME University is a Jain Minority Institution that provides a variety of programs in various fields, all of which are based on the liberal education ideal. It is a private university in Pune, Maharashtra, founded in 2007. It offers three-year BBA, BA, and B.Sc. programmes at the undergraduate level. At the PG level, it offers a two-year MBA programme. FLAME was built on an idealistic vision and a social desire to contribute positively to society. In addition, it offers admission to the M Phil & PhD courses at the research level. The University has been recognized by UGC and accredited by the NBA.

  • The eligibility to apply for an MBA at FLAME is that you must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a university/ institution recognized by the UGC or comparable organizations, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
  • Entrance exams qualified applicants can apply for admission to the MBA at FLAME. Entrance tests are considered, such as CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ CMAT or MAH-CET (conducted by DTE Maharashtra).
  • The final selection criteria for an MBA in FLAME will be based on the candidate's performance in the Entrance Exam, followed by a GD and PI.
  • In addition, past academic records, extracurricular activities, SOP (Statement of Purpose), and Personality Profiling will be considered selection parameters.
  • Another important aspect is that candidates must satisfy the FLAME University MBA cutoff criteria. There are specific cutoff criteria for each entrance test. Accordingly, candidates can secure admission seats in MBA programs.
  • Candidates willing to apply for UG Courses in Flame University (BA, BBA, BSc) must appear for the FLAME Entrance Test conducted by the University. After qualifying in it, they have to undergo GD/PI.
  • Candidates who have passed the SAT will be exempt from FLAME. Such candidates must attend GD/PI rounds based on their SAT results.
  • Candidates willing to apply for admission must fill out the FLAME University application form online by logging into the University's official website. The FLAME application fees cost INR 1500/—for both UG and PG courses.
