Delhi University announced the result of all UG and PG courses conducted through OBE informing the Delhi High Court. Justice Hima Kohli and Justice Subramonium Prasad were present during the submission of result of all UG and PG courses to the high court. After a through enquiry The declaration by DU was given to the HC.
The Delhi University was asked by the High Court to declare the result by October 31 but the High Court put this query to the DU administration after receiving an application that alleged a violation regarding PG. After the allegation DU was represented by Advocate Mohinder Rupal in the court and he informed the court that all PG and UG and courses exam which was conducted through OBE has already been declared which also includes LLB final year result whose mark sheet will be available in 2 days.
An application was submitted allegedly to the HC by advocate HS Hora saying DU had violated the court directive of October 12. The University had told the High Court that they will follow the deadline for the result declaration of PG and UG courses and the court had also directed the Delhi University to upload the mark sheet of all students on the website so that no student should be asked to physically come for collecting them.
There was another allegation that DU had marked 0 or absent to the students who had attended exam. The Delhi High Court has ordered DU to declare the results of students who were marked 0 or absent in the DU OBE 2020 and declare their result on or before December 20.
