CUET UG Result 2024 (Soon)

The National Testing Agency is likely to release the CUET 2024 result by July 10. However, the official CUET 2024 result date will be confirmed soon. Students who took the exam can check their results on the official CUET 2024 website by entering their application number and password. Candidates will have access to the facility for the challenge, the answer key, as well as specific details such as the provisional answer key, question paper, and a scanned copy of the OMR. About 13.48 lakh students took the CUET 2024 exam at 379 exam centers across India and 26 exam centers in other countries. How do I check the CUET result for 2024?

Candidates can check the CUET UG 2024 result by following the steps mentioned below:

• To check the result, candidates must visit the CUET official website.
• On the homepage, navigate to the CUET result for 2024, which will lead you to a new page.
• In the space provided, enter your CUET UG 2024 registration number and date of birth.
• Finally, the screen will display the CUET 2024 result.

The 2024 CUET cutoff will vary according to the courses, central universities, and applicant groups. After compiling the scores, each university will release the CUET 2024 merit list. General Category, ST, OBC, and SC candidates will receive separate releases of the 2024 CUET cutoff.

This year, NTA will not use the CUET-UG normalization procedure. Here's the process for calculating the CUET score:

• There are +5 marks awarded for each correct answer.
• For every incorrect response: -1 is deducted.
• If more than one answer is correct, choose any of the correct ones: +5.
• If you attempt the question and all four options are correct: +5 marks.
• If the NTA removes the question or all options are wrong, those who tried will receive +5.

CUET 2024 Score Re-Evaluation

Once the NTA releases the CUET result in 2024, the candidates don’t have any provision to challenge the answer key or ask for a recheck or re-totaling of the marks. This implies that candidates who fail to voice their concerns during the objection to the CUET answer key will not be able to opt for re-evaluation. It is important to remember that all the scores listed in the NTA CUET scorecard 2024 represent the final results, after which admission to each associated university will occur.

CUET 2024 Passing Marks

Out of the 100 marks it carries, the minimum pass mark would be 75. Students should be aware that the CUET does not have a set qualifying mark for any of the courses offered at different universities or colleges. The CUET UG 2024-qualified candidates can be those who score around 350–400 marks. Universities in the concerned states set the CUET-UG cutoff, which is crucial in the admission process. Aspirants need to meet the CUET cutoff of 2024 for them to be considered for any UG course at these universities.

CUET 2024 Counseling

Following the result declaration, the Participating CUET 2024 Universities will begin a separate counseling process. In 2024, the CUET-participating universities will conduct online counseling for the desired course. The candidates who have appeared for the CUET UG examination and are interested in taking admission must participate in counseling of the respective colleges.

Each college or university's official website will individually announce the CUET 2024 counseling dates. Candidates who applied are required to use their logins to participate in the CUET counseling for their respective courses. According to the CUET results, the universities will announce the cutoff and merit list on their respective websites. In 2024, the candidate must provide all mandatory and relevant documents during CUET counseling.

• On their respective websites, the participating CUET universities will announce the rank list of selected candidates based on the CUET cut-off marks.

• If candidates' scores exceed the CUET UG 2024 cut-off marks, the university will call them for CUET counseling.
• During the online counseling for CUET, the candidates had to mention their college preferences as well as their course preferences.
