The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka announced the revised examination date for COMEDK 2021. As per the notified schedule, COMEDK 2021 will be held on 14th September 2021. Earlier, the exam was supposed to be conducted on 20th June 2020. Due to COVID 19 crisis, the consortium decided to postpone further.
Along with the exam reschedule, the exam authority has extended the last date to fill the application form of COMEDK 2021 till 31st July 2021. The mode of application is online. Aspirants should visit the official website to register online. (@ comedk.org) The procedure of application includes registration, form filling, uploading documents and making payment of fees
Suppose in case of any error found in the application form. Applicants will be able to modify the details. Applicants have to log in for their registered account through a website to make corrections. To be noted, applicants will be able to make changes only in certain sections of the application form within a time frame. The authority will activate COMEDK 2021 Application Correction Window between 2nd August to 4th August 2021
After the application process gets conclude, only registered applicants can access the COMEDK 2021 admit card. The consortium is yet to announce the releasing date of admit card. Basically, admit card will release 15 days prior to the exam date. As per the tentative schedule, it might release by the last week of August 2021.
Applicants who have passed second PUC or 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks from any standard board are eligible to apply for COMEDK. Before applying online, it is advisable for the applicants to make sure the COMEDK 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Since 15th April 2021, the exam authority has been releasing COMEDK 2021 Mock Tests online. Most importantly, candidates have to appear for a mock test. It would help the test takers to know about the exam pattern and get an idea to prepare well for the examination.
The consortium will conduct COMEDK UGET 2021 in the online mode that is a computer based test. COMEDK is a state-level entrance exam and an option for Non-Karnataka Students. It takes place across 300 exam centres. Through COMEDK score, students can secure admission in engineering courses offered by the participating colleges in Karnataka
Due to the cancellations of CBSE and Karnataka State PU Board Exams, the exam authority has reduced the COMEDK 2021 syllabus. As a result, some portions from class 12th have been reduced. However, class 11th portions remain the same. Whereas the syllabus includes the topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
Consortium says there are no changes in COMEDK 2021 Exam Pattern this year. It remains as usual. The mode of the exam is online. No negative marking for the wrong answer. There will be a total of 180 questions that need to be solved within 180 Minutes.
Candidates who get qualify in the exam have to attend the COMEDK 2021 Counselling. Then, based on rank and choice of preferences, seat allocation takes place. Whereas consortium will announce the COMEDK 2021 Result by the last week of September 2021
