The conducting authority of CLAT exam has decided to reschedule the exam so as to avoid the clash of dates with CBSE board examination. According to the new update the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLU) has delayed the CLAT 2021 Exam dates to 13th June 2021. This was previously scheduled on 9th of May 2021, but as the CBSE board announced its exam dates starting from 4th May 2021, the NLU decided not to clash with them and had to reschedule CLAT 2021 dates.
CLAT is a National level law entrance examination which will conducted for 2 hours’ time duration where the applicants will have to attend around 150 MCQ type questions which is divided into 4 parts namely- Legal and Logical reasoning, General English, Quantitative techniques, and Current Affairs.
In the executive committee meeting that was held on 6th of January 2021, it was decided to postpone the CLAT exam keeping the students ease of benefits in mind. Whereas the application registration for CLAT exam has already begun and the aspiring candidates can visit the official website and apply.
After the meeting was done the committee gave out an official statement about the delay of examination along with the rescheduled exam dates i.e. to be held on 13 June 2021 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and candidates seeking admissions for UG and LLM programs also the exam is held on the same date.
