Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has been released the counselling schedule of CLAT 2020.As per the update, CLAT 2020 counselling registration starts from 6th October 2020 via online mode. Candidates who clears CLAT 2020 entrance exam with valid score are eligible to take part in CLAT 2020 counselling session. According to the schedule, the consortium will announce the CLAT 2020 result on 5th October 2020 on its official website. The result can be issued in the form of score card which comprises the details like sectional & overall marks secured, All India Rank and Category Rank. CLAT 2020 counselling procedure will be done through online centralized system and it will be held separately for UG & PG Programs. Seats will be granted according to the “merit-cum-preference”. Primarily, Eligible candidates required to register via online mode for CLAT 2020 counselling by entering the required details then candidates must pay the counselling processing fee. Upon successful payment, candidates can procced for the next step that is choice filling & locking round. Candidates can choose maximum number of choices, after choice filling, candidates required to lock the option and must submit it in order to confirm.
CLAT 2020 seat allotment process will be held in three rounds. The 1st seat allotment list will be declared on 9th October,2nd Seat allotment list on 11th October and 3rd allotment list will be announced on 14th October 2020 respectively. Candidates can view the seat allotment order by logging to the respective portal.
Candidates who secure seat in NLUs need to deposit INR 50000 for the allotted seat in order to confirm admission. Also, the Consortium have been released the CLAT 2020 answer key for both the under graduate and post graduate programmes.
