B.Pharm course admission in Madhya Pradesh will happen based on the applicants merit list. In Madhya Pradesh there no particular entrance exam conducted to qualify for B.Pharm admissions. The process of admission happens only on the basis of the candidates marks scored in their intermediate and the counseling process. In Madhya Pradesh the Directorate of Technical Education (MP DTE) who conducts the counseling process for the selected candidates through merit list. Both Public and Private Institutes in Madhya Pradesh grant admission for B.Pharm only based on the merit score made by the applicant. In some colleges, the institute itself might conduct a small entrance test and few colleges might allow direct admissions as well. Most importantly, the candidates should be qualified at least with their minimum eligibility by passing in their intermediate Board exams and around 90% of the seats are reserved for the domicile holders of Madhya Pradesh. B.Pharm Counseling Process in Madhya Pradesh
MP DTE conducts the centralized online counseling process for Private, Government and state colleges for B.Pharm UG course admissions. All the students whose name has been appeared on the merit list should involve in the counseling process. To be a part of counseling the process the candidates should follow the below steps-
Step 1:- Registration
To participate in the counseling process the candidates should first register themselves in the official website of MP DTE who conducts the whole counseling program for the admission of B.Pharm.
Step 2:- Fill the form
After registering in the website the candidate will now be provided with the login details through which he/she can fill in the application form for counseling process. All the required details has to be filled in by the applicant like educational qualification, parents’ details, Aadhar number etc. along with academic information asked in the application form.
Step 3:- Upload Photographs and necessary documents
After filling the application form, the candidate has to upload his/her passport size scanned photograph, thumb impression or signature along with other specified documents in the form. It is important for the candidate to review all the images or documents once again before the final submission.
Step 4:- Locking of course preferences
After filling the application form the candidate can now lock his/her first preference of course options so that the authority will consider that option with utmost priority. Following this, the seat allotment process will be made once the confirmation is done in the counseling process.
B.Pharm Seat Allotment Process in Madhya Pradesh
After the counseling process is successfully done, the Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Technical Education (MP DTE) will allot seats for B.Pharm admissions. The applicants can check this by logging in to the official website of DTE using their login credentials.
Seat Allotment Letter:-
DTE MP will officially announce the seat allotment letter after the merit list is released so that the candidates can check the allotments for themselves directly from the official website of
Up-gradation of Seats:-
If the candidate needs any up-gradations in the allotted seats then he/she can re-send their option to the website of DTE where the applicant will have 2 more opportunities to settle with their seat allocation.
Reporting to Allotted College:-
Once the allocation is finalized the candidate should report the seat allotment letter to the respective college along with other necessary documents for the admissions.
Verification of Documents and confirmation of admissions:-
The college authorities will verify all the necessary documents related to the candidate at the time of admission. Later, the candidate’s admission process will be confirmed by the respective college.
