BMSCE, shortly known as BMS College of Engineering, was established in 1946. It is a private autonomous engineering college with VTU of Belgaum affiliation. BMSCE is NAAC accredited with a grade ‘A’ and received approvals from COA, AICTE, and the NBA. BMSCE has been ranked 98 for its B-Tech program by NIRF for 2021. Besides, TOI has ranked BMSCE as 9 for its B-Tech engineering program for 2021.

For BMS College B Tech admission, candidates have to score a minimum of 50% in the 10+2 science stream.
B Tech Selection Criteria in BMS College depends on student's performance in KCET. Non-Karnataka Residents must attempt COMEDK Entrance Test to be eligible for admission.
