BIMTECH PGDM Admissions 2025

The application process for the two-year, full-time PGDM 2025 programs has begun at the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) in Greater Noida. Attentive applicants who meet the eligibility criteria and are interested in pursuing the PGDM, PGDM-IB, PGDM-RM, and PGDM-IBM programs can conveniently submit their applications online.

The application process can be initiated by visiting the official website at online.admissions.bimtech.ac.in. This online platform provides a user-friendly interface for applicants to complete & submit their applications digitally.

Candidates should review the BIMTECH admission 2024 notification for course eligibility requirements, fees and other key information before applying. The college will soon announce the BIMTECH application form on the last date.

BIMTECH PGDM Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have earned at least 50% on their graduation exam (10+2+3 pattern).
  • Candidates may also apply if they plan to sit for the final-year graduation examination in the summer of 2024.
  • They must submit their graduation final year results by October 31, 2024, with a minimum of 50% overall marks; if they don't, their temporary admission will be instantly cancelled.
  • To be admitted to the PGDM and PGDM (IB) programs, candidates must have a current CAT 2023 / XAT 2024/ CMAT 2024 /  GMAT 2022/ 2023-24 score.
  • To be admitted to the PGDM (RM) and PGDM (IBM) programs, candidates must have a current CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, or CMAT score.

BIMTECH Admission Process 2025

Candidates will be chosen for program admission based on their prior academic performance, entrance exam, performance in the psychometric test, extempore, and personal interview (PI) based on their respective weights, work experience (if applicable), and other parameters, as applicable. The list of the final selection of students will be released in the last week of March 2025 (tentative).

  • Candidates who completed their undergraduate studies at one of the top 100 colleges, universities, or engineering schools in the previous year's NIRF rankings will also be considered.
  • A candidate would ideally only be given weight for work experience if they had worked in an executive or supervisory job for at least one year as of January 31, 2024.
  • A verified evidence of residence must be submitted to receive regional weight.
  • SC/ST/OBC/Minority Communities (Muslim/Sikh/Christian/Buddhist/Parsi/Jain) must receive ESCS category weightage and a relevant certificate allotted by a competent authority is required.

Rules & Regulations

  • Suppose a student accepted into the Institute is discovered to have provided any incorrect information or omitted some crucial information. In that case, their admission will be revoked, and the candidate's costs will not be reimbursed.
  • Any program under the Merit and Supernumerary category's complete tuition charge may be paid in equal half-yearly payments. The first instalment must be paid before the session begins. The deadline for this is not extended. The price is paid yearly in advance for NRI, NRI-sponsored, and corporate-sponsored candidates.
  • The Institute disclaims all liability for any transit-related delays in receiving and delivering correspondence between the Institute and the applicant.
  • The District of Gautam Buddha Nagar in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh has exclusive jurisdiction over all conflicts.
  • After being admitted, students who cannot get at least 50% of the possible points on their graduation exam must withdraw from the program. Only their general security deposit will be repaid.
