Bimtech Admission 2025 Open & Last Date

Birla Institute of Management Technology, generally known as BIMTECH, has opened the admission process for its PGDM 2025-27 Batch. Applicants who have finished a bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate mark are eligible to apply. BIMTECH Application Form 2025 is available online. Interested and eligible candidates are mandated to access the official admission portal of BIMTECH to apply online. BIMTECH last date to apply 2025 is scheduled for 31^st January. Candidates must make sure to submit the form within the deadline. In contrast, the BIMTECH application fee is INR 2000.

Admission to the MBA equivalent PGDM at BIMTECH is granted on the basis of valid scores in the entrance exam. Based on the exam scores, applicants will be shortlisted. Later, shortlisted ones will be invited to further round of the selection process.

Candidates who are going to appear for final year graduation examinations in Summer 2025 for the first time are also eligible. However, they must send the final year graduation result sheet showing at least 50% aggregate marks on or before 31st October 2025. In case they fail to do so, provisional admission will be automatically cancelled.

• Visit the college's main admission portal and click on the "BIMTECH Apply Online" Link.
• Fill up all details required in the application form. Be sure to fill up the fields correctly as incomplete forms shall be refused without further processing.
• Make the payment of the application fee INR 2000/-. This application fee is non-refundable.
• Once you fill in all the details and pay, you submit the form online.
• Once submitted successfully, you receive an acknowledgement. Do not forget to save it for later use.

BIMTECH Selection Criteria for PGDM 2025

For BIMTECH PGDM 2025 admissions, applicants will be selected based on a valid entrance test score from one of the entrances: CAT /XAT/ GMAT/ CMAT/ MAT, depending upon the qualification criteria. Previous academic record is also taken into consideration.

• Those candidates who are shortlisted will receive an invitation to the further selection rounds, which also includes an extempore, followed by PI.
• All applicants are expected to upload their entrance test scores soon after the announcement of the Extempore/PI results.
• Candidates who got selected based on the Extempore and PI, need to undergo an Interview.
• Interview will be done either online or offline at the BIMTECH Greater Noida Campus. The Institute may change the mode of the Interview at any given time without advance notice.

Note: Even if a candidate meets the eligibility criteria, an interview or offer of admission will not be made. The decision of the selection committee made at the end is final, and no further correspondence will be accepted.

BIMTECH Final Selection Criteria 2025

The final selection to BIMTECH PGDM 2025 will be made based on a number of parameters, including previous academic performance, entrance test score, personal interview performance, work experience (if applicable), and others as per weightage.

Final results will be communicated to candidates through their student dashboard and also through email; hence, one must check the dashboard regularly for any updates. After the shortlisting of the candidates, the first instalment of the fee has to be paid before BIMTECH Admission last date 2025. There will be no acceptance of late payments. Admission is confirmed only after the verification of original documents and approval of graduation degree by UGC, AICTE, or AIU.
