To be eligible for Bihar B.Ed CET 2025, candidates must satisfy the minimum eligibility terms:

For regular B.Ed Programs:

A least of 50% marks in UG degree or at least 50% marks in PG in Science, Social Science, Humanity, or Commerce or
Or BE/BTech with specialization in Science and Maths with 55% marks.

For Shiksha Shastri B.Ed Programs:

Candidates must have at least 50% marks in Shastri Or,
50% marks in BA with Sanskrit as the main subject Or,
Passed Acharya (first year) OR MA Sanskrit (first year).
