AP ECET 2020: Phase 2 Counselling Process Schedule Announced

Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has been released the official notification regarding AP ECET 2020 second phase counselling schedule. The admission authority will begin the AP ECET 2020 round 2 counselling registration & fees payment from 26th November 2020.All the candidates from 1st to last rank are eligible to take part in 2nd round of counselling session.

After the conclusion of registration, document verification will take place between 26th to 28th November 2020.Candidates required to submit all the necessary documents for the verification purpose. Thereafter, verified candidates can take part in choice filling round/option exercise which will be held on 28th November 2020.

candidates can exercise the options by using their registered ID and password which was generated during AP ECET 2020 application process. It is important to note, the options which are filled in the 1st phase of APCET 2020 Counselling will not be considered in 2nd phase. Hence, candidates required to exercise the new options.

In order to exercise the options (choice filling), candidates must meet up certain eligibility conditions which has been prescribed by the authority.

• The candidates who have been secured seat in round 1 counselling session, but not satisfied with the allotted seat.
• For those candidates who have not allotted any of the seat so far, but their documents are verified.
• Candidates who have not exercised their options in 1st round of counselling, but their documents are also verified
• Candidates who acquired seat through 1st round of allotment process also reported for the allotted institute but aspiring for the seat upgradation
• Candidates who are either reported or not reported to the allotted college but cancelled their seat allotment order.

 

While registering, candidates required to pay the AP ECET 2020 Counselling Processing Fees through online mode by logging to the respective web portal. If candidates fail to pay the fees, then the registration will be incomplete. Hence, candidates cannot take part in further counselling rounds.

As per the notified schedule, AP ECET 2020 round 2 seat allotment result will be declared on 30th November 2020.Seat allotment process will be done by considering candidates merit rank, choice filled in option entry and based on the availability of seats. Thereafter, candidates can report to the allotted institute with in a stipulated date & time to avoid allegations.
