Manipal Academy of Higher Education Online Entrance Test (MAHE-OET), formerly Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET) happens to be a university level entrance examination organized by Manipal University. The entrance exam is conducted every year to provide admission to students who seek admission in different PG and UG courses in the areas of pharmacy, engineering offered by Manipal University and the different constituent colleges. Admission in the colleges will be done strictly in accordance with the results of MU OET. This exam confers a platform to all the deserving and dedicated students who are willing to pursue their career in engineering science every year.
MU OET is recognized to be a National Level examination which is conducted online annually. The syllabus for this entrance test is inclusive of General English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. The questions of the test are based generally on the 10+2 syllabus which is followed by maximum 10+2 Universities and boards. The test is conducted in different states across the country.
This test also provides admission to lateral entry, B.Tech courses in different Government and private colleges and universities. You should make sure to check the eligibility criteria before appearing in the entrance test to avoid confusion at a later off stage.

Filling the application form is important based on which students will be enrolled for MU OET 2024, aspirants are advised to fill the form with complete detail and valid information. Filling the Manipal University application form will be online mode and it is mandatory to submit the form before the due date to sit for MU OET.

Step 1: Registration

Step 5: Uploading documents and Submission
Valid education qualification documents have to be uploaded also there is certain format to upload, so once the uploading is done the final submission will be made and after submitting the completed application form candidates can check for the application status in the candidate portal using the same credentials.
MU OET 2025 Eligibility criteria
No matter which course candidates choose, minimum eligibility is required to apply for the exam and then for counselling and then to seek admissions. Below provided are the few details about the eligibility criteria based on which candidates can apply for the exam.
- Age: There is no restriction in age, like aspirants regardless of their maximum age can apply for MU OET Exam.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals can apply for MU OET 2024 and sit for the exam to seek Manipal University admissions.
- Minimum Marks: MU OET 2024 score must be minimum 50% marks to get eligibility for counselling.
- Qualification: For those applying for UG courses need to have minimum 50% marks in 10+2 from relevant discipline. To apply for PG program, candidates must have at least 45% in their graduation from recognised university in related stream.

MU OET 2025 Counselling & Admission
On basis of counselling further admissions will be processed, once the results are declared students will be invited for counselling if the candidates meet the minimum cut-off and are eligible enough. The steps to be followed for MU OET counselling are:
- Registration: first candidates will register for counselling in the official website
- Documents Verification: with the original documents candidates verified and with one set of self-attested photocopies.
- Allotment of Seats: based on the students rank, student’s choice and availability of seats, students will be allotted with seats.
- Fee of counselling: payment need to be done through DD and then collect the provisional admission letter.
- Waitlist: students willing to change the allotted seat and for those who have not been allotted with seats in the 1st round of counselling waitlist will be published.
- Fill/Modify the choices made: by logging into the portal one can fill/modify the choices made according to student’s preference. Here, candidates will take the printout of the filled or modified choices
- Reporting to the allotted colleges: this is the last step and candidate will report to the allotted college with the provisional admission letter as per the mentioned dates in the letter.
MU OET 2025 Participating Colleges
Manipal University conducts the entrance test of MU OET 2024 for providing admission in three different institutions for B.Tech programs. Candidates who have appeared for the entrance test require filling only one form for providing admission to three colleges. Candidates who have qualified the entrance test will be provided admission in accordance with the ranking in All Indian MU OET 2024 entrance test.
