KARNATAKA PGCET Examination Fee

It is anticipated that the authority will release the KPGCET 2025 application form online in the first week of August 2025. Students who want to get into MBA, MCA, or M Tech programs in Karnataka institutes need to fill out the Karnataka PGCET Registration form 2025. The application process for KPGCET 2025 involves registering, providing educational details, uploading documents, paying fees, etc. KEA will allow students to apply for multiple courses through a single-window application.

Documents Required While Filling The Application Form

Before students register for the exam, they should have the following documents and credentials prepared.

  • Scanned signatures of the students
  • Active Mobile Number
  • A scanned copy of the student's passport-sized photograph
  • Valid ID proof
  • Scanned copy of the student's parent's signature
  • Active Email ID
  • A scanned copy of the student's left thumb impression
  • Marksheet of 10th class
  • Marksheet of 12th class

Steps To Fill Karnataka PGCET 2025 Registration Form

Step 1. Creating a user account:

  • Go to the official KEA site.
  • Find and click on the 'KPGCET 2025 online application' link in the 'Flash News' tile.
  • Select the 'New User' tab in order to create a user account.
  • Enter your basic info, such as your mobile number, email ID, name, gender, and other important information, to finish the Karnataka PGCET registration.
  • Keep the Karnataka PGCET login credentials safe, as they will be needed for future communication.

Step 2. Filling in details:

  • Log in using the User ID & Password received after registering for Karnataka PGCET.
  • Enter personal, academic, contact, and other necessary details in the PGCET application form.
  • Then click on the 'Save and Next' option.

Step 3. Uploading documents:

  • Upload scanned copies of the following documents:
    • Photograph:
      • File Size: 5KB to 40KB
      • File Dimension: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm
      • Format: JPG/JPEG
      • The photograph must be recent and colored.
    • Signature:
      • File Size: 5KB to 40KB
      • File Dimension: 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm
      • Format: JPG/JPEG
      • The signature should be in black or blue ink on plain white paper.
    • Left Thumb Impression:
      • File Size: 5KB to 40KB
      • File Dimension: 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm
      • Format: JPG/JPEG
      • The thumb impression must be in black or blue ink and should not be blurred.
    • Parent's signature
  • Click on the 'Save and Next' button.
  • Carefully read through the declaration form and click the checkbox next to the 'I Agree' button.

Step 4. Verification and confirmation:

  • Review all the details entered in the form.
  • Click on the 'Edit' button if you find any errors.
  • Click on the 'Submit' button to
  • Continue to the next step of the registration process.

Step 5. Paying the application fee:

  • Choose the mode of payment and pay the Karnataka PGCET registration fee based on the category you selected while filling out the form.
  • For General category students, the fee is Rs. 650. And for reserved category applicants, it is Rs. 500.
  • Make the payment at any branch of the specified bank.
  • Choose the bank challan and print it for future reference.
