The Admission Committee for Professional Courses will start the online counseling process for GUJCET 2025 soon after announcing the results. The GUJCET 2025 counseling dates and schedule will be available soon. However, students can expect the counseling session to commence in May/June 2025. GUJCET Counseling 2025 aims to provide admission to eligible and qualifying students based on their performance. Only those who secure the minimum qualifying cut-off marks and make it to the merit list are invited to contribute to the counseling process of Gujarat CET.
The counseling process includes several stages, such as GUJCET 2025 Counselling registration, document verification, choice filling, seat allotment, fee payment, and finally, reporting to the allocated institutes. Seats are assigned based on the choices filled during each round of counseling.
Documents Required During GUJCET Counselling
Students must upload the following documents for counseling.
- Persons with Disability (PWD) certificate
- Certificate of EWSs
- Class 12th mark sheet
- SC/ST certificate
- Income Certificate
GUJCET Counselling Process
GUJCET 2023 Counselling involves four simple steps.
- Online Registration:
- Students need to register on the ACPC official website to participate in online counseling.
- Only students who complete online registration are considered for the counseling process.
- After successful registration, ACPC releases the list of eligible students for counseling.
- Form Filling and Completion of Registration:
- After the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) releases the merit list, students can start filling out choices online.
- Students are advised to fill in as many choices as possible to increase their chances of admission.
- Once the timeline ends, no more choices can be filled.
- Allotment of Seat:
- Based on merit and the choices filled, ACPC will allot admission to students.
- Students wishing to proceed with admission must pay a token amount/fee as per the guidelines.
- Students should keep their successful admission slips secure after fee submission.
- Reporting & Verification of Documents:
- Students need to verify the documents requested by ACPC before submission.
- The document verification and reporting process only applies to students already allotted seats.
- Once the document verification process is complete, students must go to the institution and complete the reporting of documents.
GUJCET 2025 Seat Allotment
The admission authority of ACPC will announce the seat allotment results separately for both rounds as per the schedule. Students can log in to the ACPC portal to check the GUJCET seat allotment result and find out the course and college allotted to them for admission. If a student wishes to accept the seat, they must freeze the seat within the provided time. After freezing the seat, they need to download the bank challan and make the payment of the tuition fee. To pay the fee, students can use online methods. If a student wishes to participate in the subsequent round of counseling, they can apply for it at the same time.
