The JEE-Main entrance test is used to determine eligibility for admission to the UIET for B Tech. The admissions procedure begins immediately following the release of the JEE advance results. All candidates must complete the application form in order to register. The UIET's official website has an application form.

To apply for BE degree in UIET, candidates must fill in the application form available at the UIET’s official site. It must be filled duly and correctly. After filling out the form, candidates are required to make the registration fee. Payment can be done via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or e-Challan.
